Analisa Pengaruh Human Resource Management terhadap Financial Performance melalui Variabel Intervening Learning Organization (Studi Kasus pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di Surabaya)

This study was conducted to know the influence of human resource management to financial performance through learning organization as an intervening variable in case study on Public Accountant Firms in Surabaya. Financial performance became one of the most important variable that could measure the performance of public accountant firms. Another variables such as Human resource management played a role in creating the financial performance in the public accountant firms. On the other hand, human resource management application could not be separated from the support of learning organization that was in the public accountant firms.The data analysis technique used in this study was partial least squares to describe the relationship between variables. The results showed that human resource management and learning organization positively and significanthy affected the financial performance public accountant firms in Surabaya

Metode Pendekatan Evaluasi Produk Pratikan Mengoperasikan Mesin Gerinda Dan Mesin Bubut Untuk Mata Kuliah Praktek Mesin Perkakas

Untuk mengembangkan kemampuan/meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam melakukan kegiatan Praktek Mesin produksi, perlu dilakukan beberapa persiapan antara lain; teori penunjang yang membekali mahasiswa dalam mempercepat alih pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yaitu mata kuliah Teknologi Mekanik dan matakuliah gambar teknik. Untuk mencapai kemampuan ketramilan tersebut diperlukan peralatan pendukung yaitu mesin Gerinda, Mesin Bubut dan Alat Ukur; Mikrometer, Jangka Sorong, Busur Derajat dengan beberapa gambar kerja yang digunakan sebagai acuaan dalam melakukan kegiatan alih ketrampilan .Gambar kerja yang digunakan berupa Latihan membubut bertingkat 1, bertingkat 2, Membubut Toleransi , Meggerida Pahat Rata Kanan dan Menggerida pahat kasar kanan. Pendekatan evaluasi produk dilakukan dengan beberapa kriteria antara lain Kehadiran 10% , Proses Produk 20%, Performen Produk 20%, Akuurasi Ukuran Produk 40%, Ketepatan waktu Produk 10%, sebagai gambaran diabil sebanyak 15 Pratikan.. Hasil Pratikan dievaluasi dengan Metode Pendekatan kemudian dari data yang ada diolah untuk menentukan nilai akhir Pratikan dengan NA (Nilai Angka) atau NH (Nilai Huruf)

In-situ Co2 Current Efficiency Measurement of Direct Ethanol Fuel Cell

In this present work, we carry out systematically study on catalyst for ethanol electrooxidation in direct ethanol fuel cell. For cathode catalyst we use a commercial catalyst of 40% Pt/C from ETEK. Catalysts were printed on to carbon paper of TGPH 060 and sandwiched into membrane electrode assembly (MEA) and then arranged in fuel cell with the geometric area 1.2 cm2. As an electrolyte, we used Nafion 117 from Du Pont. On-line Differential Electrochemical Mass Spectrometry (DEMS) measurement in fuel cell setup was carried out in order to determine the activity and selectivity which was indicated by result of Faradaic current and CO2 current efficiency of ethanol electro-oxidation respectively. PtRhCeO2/C was significantly improve the selectivity to form of CO2 in comparison to the commercial catalyst of 20% Pt/C from Alfa Aesar- Johnson Mattews . Increasing of selectivity is shown by increase of CO2 current efficiency of ethanol oxidation of about 25 percent in comparison to references catalyst of 20% Pt/C Alfa Aesar-J
