The effect of health promotion about breast self-examination for student’s knowledge at the first senior high school of Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman

Background: Breast self-examination (BSE) is one of the interventions to detect the breast cancer earlier. Nowadays, BSE didn’t known by the many adolescent and young women, so that it is needed to do promotive effort to increase their knowledge about BSE. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of health promotion about breast self-examination for Student’s knowledge at the first senior high school of Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman.Methods: The research design was pre experimental with one-group pre-posttest design approach and was conducted on July 2014. The samples were students in tenth and eleventh class, which was taken by simple random sampling technique and the number of samples, were 75 people.Results: The survey results revealed an average score of knowledge before the intervention was (59.33) with a standard deviation (12.284), and average knowledge score after the intervention was (88.40) with standard deviation (7.220). The difference of the average scores of knowledge before and after the intervention was (29.067). The statistic test indicated that there was a difference of average score of knowledge before and after intervention with p value was (0.000).Conclusions: It can be expected for health professional to increase prevention efforts of breast cancer through health promotion about BSE in the school and community.

This researcha ims to describe the educational values ​​embodied in the expression is purpose trust in Nagari Luak Kapau Pauh Duo Solok Selatan. The data of this research is the educational values ​​in the expression of people's trust. Data was collected through observation, interviews with community members and community leaders Nagari Luak Kapau Pauh Duo Solok Selatan. Data analysis was conducted descriptively. The results of research showed that 79 expression was found to contain educational value​​s. 79 of this expression, are found 17 phrases that contain the value of character education, 16 a phrase that contains the value of social education, 7 expression containing the value of beauty and aesthetic education, then 39 phrase that contains the value of family welf are education

Kecerdasan Moral Pada Remaja Yang Mengalami Deviasi Mothering

Mothering deviance that happened with child has negative side for the child\u27s growthespecially for the moral intelligence. The aim of this study is to describe about moralintelligence in children with mothering deviance. The approach of this research is qualitativeresearch. The participants of this research are two children, and interview and observationare using for the data collecting. The result shows that children with mothering deviance hastendency for not having good moral intelligence. This can be happened because of somefactors. First, the absence of parents emotionally, abuse moment in infant, also age andenvironment factors. Furthermore, the growth of children moral intelligence still can beexpected from love and affection for substituting the role of mother and in teaching goodmoral values

This article aimed to describe and explain the moral aspects of the characters in the novel Dwilogi Padang Bulan and the novel Cinta di Dalam Gelas by Andrea Hirata. The data of this study is novel text contained in the novel, taken in accordance with the research objectives. The data source of this research is novel Dwilogi Padang Bulan and the novel Cinta di Dalam Gelas by Andrea Hirata. Data collected by reading the novel Dwilogi first to get a clear picture of the content of the novel, and then described the data as advanced techniques. Analisis Rasio Kemampuan, Kemandirian Dan Pertumbuhan Keuangan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study was to determine the ratio of fanancial capacity, financial independence and financial growth of the Pekanbaru city years 2000-2014 as well as to view trends of financial capacity and financial independence of Pekanbaru years 2015-2020. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using analysis tools such as ratio and a polynomial trend. In the last fifteen years the average ratio of the financial capacity in Pekanbaru which is reflected in the ratio of Degree of Fiscal Autonomy (DOF) is still less, while the regional capability assessed in terms of expenditure as reflected in the Capability Index Routine relatively very less. While in terms of financial independence in Pekanbaru is still quite instructive, meaning that the central government's role is more dominant than the financial independence of Pekanbaru. When viewed from the ratio of growth is still likely to fluctuate with the average negative growth. Due to increased growth in the value of PAD, local revenue and expenditure is not routinely followed by construction spending growth.If the trend seen in 2015-2020 regional financial capability and financial independence of the region has a positive trend . That is projected in the coming six years the ratio of the degree of fiscal autonomy , the capability index ratio routine and financial independence ratio Pekanbaru is increasing every year
