Peran Kreativitas dan Inovasi Pelaku USAha dalam Diversifikasi Produk Kuliner pada Kedai Steak & Chicken di Kab. Magetan Tahun 2014 (Implementasi Pendidikan Kewirausahaan)
The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the role of creativity of the owner of Steak & Chicken Stall in menu type selection, business identity selection, business site selection, each menu\u27s taste creation, and menu labeling idea in the culinary product diversification; (2) the innovation of the owner of Steak & Chicken Stall in the offered products, business facilities, promotion of products, products which are not preferred by consumers in the culinary product diversification; and (3) the role of creativity and innovation in the culinary product diversification, which is done by the owner of Steak & Chicken Stall. This research used the descriptive research method. The samples of research were taken by using the accidental sampling technique for the consumers and purposive sampling for the owner and employees of the stall, Head of the Office of Industry and Trade of Magetan Regency. The data of research were gathered through in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. They were analyzed by using the interactive model of analysis. The result of research shows that creativity and innovation are very much required for product diversification, as they can create new ideas for culinary products. This in turn will increase the sale turnover and income. Product diversification is truly needed if the business condition begins to be threatened by new competitors or to be left by customers. To fix it, a self-exploration attitude is required, that is, the ability to sharpen creativities and implement them in real actions as an embodiment of innovations, so as to have extraordinary contributions to the increase of sale turnovers, customers, and profits
Extended calculations of energy levels, radiative properties, , hyperfine interaction constants, and Land\'e -factors for nitrogen-like \mbox{Ge XXVI}
Employing two state-of-the-art methods, multiconfiguration
Dirac--Hartree--Fock and second-order many-body perturbation theory, highly
accurate calculations are performed for the lowest 272 fine-structure levels
arising from the , , , ~(), (), and ()
configurations in nitrogen-like Ge XXVI. Complete and consistent atomic data,
including excitation energies, lifetimes, wavelengths, hyperfine structures,
Land\'e -factors, and E1, E2, M1, M2 line strengths, oscillator
strengths, and transition rates among these 272 levels are provided.
Comparisons are made between the present two data sets, as well as with other
available experimental and theoretical values. The present data are accurate
enough for identification and deblending of emission lines involving the
levels, and are also useful for modeling and diagnosing fusion plasmas
On the Genus Two Free Energies for Semisimple Frobenius Manifolds
We represent the genus two free energy of an arbitrary semisimple Frobenius
manifold as a sum of contributions associated with dual graphs of certain
stable algebraic curves of genus two plus the so-called "genus two G-function".
Conjecturally the genus two G-function vanishes for a series of important
examples of Frobenius manifolds associated with simple singularities as well as
for -orbifolds with positive Euler characteristics. We explain the
reasons for such Conjecture and prove it in certain particular cases.Comment: 37 pages, 3 figures, V2: the published versio
Synchronized and Desynchronized Phases of Exciton-Polariton Condensates in the Presence of Disorder
Condensation of exciton-polaritons in semiconductor microcavities takes place
despite in plane disorder. Below the critical density the inhomogeneity of the
potential seen by the polaritons strongly limits the spatial extension of the
ground state. Above the critical density, in presence of weak disorder, this
limitation is spontaneously overcome by the non linear interaction, resulting
in an extended synchronized phase. This mechanism is clearly evidenced by
spatial and spectral studies, coupled to interferometric measurements. In case
of strong disorder, several non phase-locked (independent) condensates can be
evidenced. The transition from synchronized phase to desynchronized phase is
addressed considering multiple realizations of the disorder.Comment: 11 pages, 4 figures, corrected typos, added figure
General one-loop formulas for decay
Radiative corrections to the are evaluated in the
one-loop approximation. The unitary gauge gauge is used. The analytic result is
expressed in terms of the Passarino-Veltman functions. The calculations are
applicable for the Standard Model as well for a wide class of its gauge
extensions. In particular, the decay width of a charged Higgs boson can be derived. The consistence of our formulas and
several specific earlier results is shown.Comment: 33 pages, 3 figures, a new section (V) and references were improved

Kosterlitz-Thouless Transition and Short Range Spatial Correlations in an Extended Hubbard Model
We study the competition between intersite and local correlations in a
spinless two-band extended Hubbard model by taking an alternative limit of
infinite dimensions. We find that the intersite density fluctuations suppress
the charge Kondo energy scale and lead to a Fermi liquid to non-Fermi liquid
transition for repulsive on-site density-density interactions. In the absence
of intersite interactions, this transition reduces to the known
Kosterlitz-Thouless transition. We show that a new line of non-Fermi liquid
fixed points replace those of the zero intersite interaction problem.Comment: 11 pages, 2 figure
Spinless Two-Band Model in Infinite Dimensions
A spinless two-band model is studied in infinite dimension limit. Starting
from the atomic limit, the formal exact solution of the model is obtained by
means a perturbative treatment of the hopping and hybridisation terms. The
model is solved in closed form in high dimensions assuming no local spin
fluctuations. The non-Fermi liquid properties appearing in the metallic phase
are analysed through the behaviour of the density of states and the self-energy
near the Fermi level.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figures, to appear in PRB-Breif Repor
