The Shaker Potassium Channel Is No Target for Xenon Anesthesia in Short-Sleeping Drosophila melanogaster Mutants
Background. Xenon seems to be an ideal anesthetic drug. To explore if next to the antagonism at the NMDA-receptor other molecular targets are involved, we tested the xenon requirement in short sleeping Drosophila shaker mutants and in na[har38]. Methods. The Drosophila melanogaster strains wildtype Canton-S, na[har38], sh102 and shmns, were raised and sleep was measured. Based on the response of the flies at different xenon concentrations, logEC50 values were calculated. Results. The logEC50-values for WT Canton-S were 1.671 (1.601–1.742 95%-confidence intervall; n = 238; P versus sh102 > 0,05), for shmns 1.711 (1.650–1.773; n = 242; P versus WT Canton-S > 0,05). The logEC50-value for sh102 was 1.594 (1.493–1.694; n = 261; P versus shmns > 0.05). The logEC-value of na[har38] was 2.076 (1.619–2.532; n = 207; P versus shmns < 0.05, versus sh102 < 0.05, versus WT Canton-S < 0.05). P values for all shaker mutants were P > 0.05, while na[har38] was found to be hyposensitive compared to wildtype (P < 0.05). Conclusions. The xenon requirement in Drosophila melanogaster is not influenced by a single gene mutation at the shaker locus, whereas a reduced expression of a nonselective cation channel leads to an increased xenon requirement. This supports the thesis that xenon mediates its effects not only via an antagonism at the NMDA-receptor

В процессе выполнения работы проводился анализ объекта регулирования, разработка функциональной, структурной, и принципиальной электрической схемы САР температуры теплоносителя, расчет оптимальных параметров настройки регулятора, выбор технических средств автоматизации для данного объекта. Разработка технологического процесса изготовления боковой плиты
Целью данной выпускной квалификационной работы была: Разработка технологии изготовления боковой плиты.
Работа состоит из четырех частей: Технологическая, Конструкторская, Экономическая. Социальная ответсвенность проекта.
В первой части было сделано заключение о технологичности детали, по заданной годовой программе выпуска определен тип производства, разработан маршрут обработки, по которому произведен размерный анализ, из которого видно, какие конструкторские размеры выдерживаются непосредственно, а какие нет, для котороых в дальнейшем проведена проверка обеспечения точности этих размеров. Затем расчитаны технологические размеры, после назначения на них допусков и расчета минимальных припусков на обработку, назначен режущий и мерительный инструмент.

Constraint on the CKM angle alpha from the experimental measurements of CP violation in B_d^0 --> pi^+ pi^- decay
In this paper, we study and try to find the constraint on the CKM angle alpha
from the experimental measurements of CP violation in B_d^0 --> pi^+ pi^-
decay, as reported very recently by BaBar and Belle Collaborations. After
considering uncertainties of the data and the ratio r of penguin over tree
amplitude, we found that strong constraint on both the CKM angle alpha and the
strong phase delta can be obtained from the measured CP asymmetries S_{pi pi}
and A_{pi pi}: (a) the ranges of 87 degrees <= alpha <= 131 degrees and 36
degrees <= delta <= 144 degrees are allowed by 1 sigma of the averaged data for
r = 0.31; (b) for Belle's result alone, the limits on alpha and delta are 104
degrees <= alpha <= 139 degrees and 42 degrees <= delta <= 138 degrees for 0.32

В данном дипломном проекте разработана установка каталитического превращения синтез-газа в метанол. При выполнении данной работы основываюсь на производство метанола из природного газа. Мощность проектируемой установки 815000 т/год, с выходом основного вещества 99,95 % в метаноле-ректификате. Изложены теоретические основы получения метанола. Приведены расчеты материального и теплового балансов. Выполнены механические и технологические расчеты, разработана схема контрольно-измерительных приборов и автоматизации. Разработан разделы: «Финансовый менеджмент, ресурсоэффективность и ресурсосбережение» и «Социальная ответственность».The methanol synthesis reactor, catalyst, synthesis gas, column, plate, raw methanol, temperature, pressure. Strong and Weak Phases from Time-Dependent Measurements of
Time-dependence in and \ob(t) \to \pi^+ \pi^- is
utilized to obtain a maximal set of information on strong and weak phases. One
can thereby check theoretical predictions of a small strong phase
between penguin and tree amplitudes. A discrete ambiguity between and may be resolved by comparing the observed
charge-averaged branching ratio predicted for the tree amplitude alone, using
measurements of and factorization, or by direct comparison of
parameters of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) matrix with those determined
by other means. It is found that with 150 fb from BaBar and Belle, this
ambiguity will be resolvable if no direct CP violation is found. In the
presence of direct CP violation, the discrete ambiguity between and
becomes less important, vanishing altogether as . The role of measurements involving the lifetime difference between

Charmless two-body B decays: A global analysis with QCD factorization
In this paper, we perform a global analysis of and decays
with the QCD factorization approach. It is encouraging to observe that the
predictions of QCD factorization are in good agreement with experiment. The
best fit is around . The penguin-to-tree ratio of decays is preferred to be larger than 0.3.
We also show the confidence levels for some interesting channels: , and , . For decays, they are expected to have smaller branching ratios with

В процессе расчета построены графики нагрузки автономного потребителя за четыре сезона, рассчитаны оптимальные углы наклона солнечных панелей и определены количество солнечных батарей, рассчитано число накопителей, необходимых для запаса излишней энергии. Рассмотрен вариант энергетического комплекса с использованием солнечных панелей, накопителей электроэнергии и дизельной электрической установки. А также произведено исследование режимов работы энергетических комплексов.In the work, the equipment of the solar-diesel power plant of the autonomous consumer is selected. What can we learn from a measurement of sin(2 beta + gamma)?
The constraints on the value of the CKM phase gamma that may be achieved by
prospective measurements of sin(2 beta) and sin(2 beta + gamma) are discussed.
Significant constraints require quite small errors, and may depend on
assumptions about strong phases. The measurement of sin(2 beta + gamma)
combined with other experiments could provide valuable limits on new physics in
