Important indicator of liquid bioenvironment – oxygen-restorative potential (literature review)

Мета роботи – здійснити аналіз досліджень і публікацій щодо окисно-відновного потенціалу питної води, розчинів на її основі й внутрішнього середовища організму людини, які доводять важливість цього показника для характеристики функціонального стану організму та якості вживаних рідин, зокрема води, і сприятимуть запровадженню нормативів ОВП у стандарти якості цих продуктів та у діагностику й лікування різноманітних патологічних станів. Висновки. Проаналізовані публікації узагальнюють знання про біофізичні, фармакологічні та фізіологічні ефекти рідин із різними ОВП, розширюють розуміння ролі води в організмі. Розглянуті проблеми сприятимуть новим дослідженням ОВП в системах організму, а також дадуть змогу переглянути деякі наукові положення та стандарти щодо води та напоїв. Зокрема, нами пропонується обов’язкове включення показника ОВП до нормативів якості та фізіологічної безпечності питної води.The purpose of the work – to realize the analysis of the studies and publications concerning oxygen-restorative potential of the drinking water and internal medium of the human being which prove the significance of this index for the description of the functional state of the organism and quality of the used liquids, in particular water, and contribute to the introduction of ORP norms into the quality standards of these products and diagnostics and treatment of various pathological conditions. Conclusions. The analyzed publications generalize knowledge about biophysical, pharmacological and physiological effects of liquids with different ORP, extend the understanding of water role in the organism. The examined problems contribute to the new ORP investigations in the body systems, and also enable to re-examine some scientific principles and standards as to water and drinks. In particular, we propose obligatory inclusion of ORP index to the quality standards and physiological safety of the drinking water
