Non-verbal communication in french as a foreign language class at the Nuevo Gimnasio School and the bachelor's degree in modern languages from the Pontifical Xaverian University

El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo definir la actuación de la comunicación no verbal en clase de FLE en dos instituciones educativas en Bogotá, mediante la identificación de su papel en la enseñanza de FLE, el rol que los docentes tienen frente al uso de la comunicación no verbal y el análisis de las características de la comunicación no verbal en la clase de FLE. En este documento que esta establecido dentro del enfoque de estudio causal comparativo, con una metodología de tipo cualitativa y con método de corte descriptivo, se tomaron fundamentos teóricos y conceptuales entre los que se encuentran: La definición de comunicación no verbal y sus categorías no verbales, la kinésica, paralenguaje, la comunicación no verbal en enseñanza de lenguas y enseñanza de francés como lengua extranjera. Para la recolección de datos que permitió el análisis de esta investigación se usaron los instrumentos de entrevista estructurada a coordinadoras y docentes en el que se hicieron preguntas alrededor del uso de la comunicación no verbal. También se usó el instrumento de observación no participante a docentes y estudiantes de las dos instituciones. Los resultados obtenidos en el análisis de datos están en coherencia con los objetivos específicos, objetivo general y con la pregunta de investigación. Teniendo en cuenta que se cumplió con la identificación, análisis y determinación del papel de la CNV en la clase de FLE, los hallazgos muestran que la CNV se hace presente en las clases de lengua de las instituciones que se encuentran en el mismo nivel según el MCER, pero el desempeño de la CNV en clase de francés de las instituciones depende de la presencia o ausencia de la lengua meta.Educación básicaEducación mediaEducación superiorThis research was carried out under the main objective of defining the performance of non-verbal communication in FFL classes in two educational institutions in Bogotá by identifying its function in the teaching of FFL, the role that the teachers have in the use of non-verbal communication and the analysis of the characteristics of non-verbal communication in FFL classes. In this document that is stablished within the approach of comparative causal study, with a qualitative type methodology and a descriptive method, theoretical and conceptual foundations were taken among which are: The definition of non-verbal communication and its non-verbal categories, kinesics, paralanguage, non-verbal communication in language teaching and French as Foreign Language teaching. For the data collection that allowed the analysis of this research, structured interview instruments were used for coordinators and teachers in which questions were asked about the use of non-verbal communication. The non-verbal participating observation instrument was also used with teachers and students from both institutions. The results obtained in the data analysis are consistent with the specific objectives, general objective and the research question. Taking into account that the identification, analysis and determination of the role of the NVC in the FLE class was fulfilled, the findings show that the NVC is present in the language classes of the institutions that are at the same level according to the CEFR, but the performance of the NVC in French class of the institutions depends on the presence or absence of the target language.Licenciado (a) en Lenguas ModernasPregrad
