    Using the methods of UV- and IR-spectroscopy, the immunoferment analysis, tne acid-base titration, the qualitative sorption of the alcyanic blue, the TBK-test for MDA, the hemolytic activity of system of complement and agglutination activity of erythrocytes, the UV-induced structure-functional variations of the interacting components - proteins of the serum complement and erythrocytic membranes in the hemolytic system have been examined first. The dose-dependent relation of the inserts of direct and indirect effect of the IV-light on the proteins of these components has been determined in the common effect of the photoinactivation system of complement to be watched. The diagram of the photomodification of the C1q protein has been developed. The structure of the UV-variation of the outside premembrane layer of the erythrocytic cells, appearing in modification of its sorption, immunosorption and insuline-bonding properties, have been studied.
