The paper demonstrates the features of author and organizational publication profiles in Dimensions and Lens information systems. In recent years, these systems have been successfully competing with many subscription-based systems. The authors discuss the advantages of these databases in terms of coverage of research content in publication profiles as compared to that of commercial bibliographic platforms, as well as the wide range of functional capabilities. As illustrated by publication profiles of two research organizations and their authors, we describe original approaches to searching bibliographic information, as well as editing bibliographic errors in databases. These features enable (a) to monitor effectively the scholarly output of research organizations and authors, and (b) to enhance visibility of research findings in the international information space. Solving information-retrieval problems and editing publication profiles of Russian organizations and authors in Dimensions and Lens prove to be similar to that of commercial systems, i. e. Web of Science and Scopus. The vast experience of working with proprietary databases and subscription-based systems, would enable Russian academic libraries to adapt to new interfaces in a short time frame.

INTRODUCTION The traditional “sandwich” technology of anastomosis between the dissected aortic wall and synthetic vascular prosthesis in the surgical treatment of acute aortic dissection type A does not fully meet the idea of an urgent surgical treatment of patients with this disease. We evaluated the experience of the new “invaginated” technique of anastomoses formation.MATERIAL AND METHODS We compared the results of surgical treatment of patients with the “sandwich” and “invaginated” technique of anastomotic formation. The parameters of bleeding, cardiopulmonary bypass time, mortality, as well as the state of the false lumen in the early and late postoperative periods have been studied.CONCLUSION Invaginative formation of anastomosis between the aorta and vascular prosthesis provides good immediate hemostatic effect and creates the best conditions for fi lling the false lumen in the treatment of acute aortic dissection type A.ОБОСНОВАНИЕ Традиционная «сэндвич»-техника формирования анастомозов между расслоенной аортальной стенкой и синтетическим сосудистым протезом при хирургическом лечении острого расслоения аорты типа А не всегда в полной мере отвечает идеологии ургентного хирургического лечения пациентов с данной патологией.

REALITIES AND PROSPECTS FOR PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF «ADMA-ENOS"-ASSOCIATED WAYS IN PREECLAMPSIA

Methylated analogs of L-arginine - asymmetric dimetilarginin (ADMA) and monometilarginin (L-NMMA) - are endogenous inhibitors of endothelial NO-synthase (eNOS). ADMA level in maternal plasma is increased in women with preeclampsia. The high level of ADMA is one of the predictors of preeclampsia. L-arginine increases the activity of eNOS and production of nitric oxide in the ADMA-similar model of L-NAME-induced endothelial dysfunction. ENOS activator (resveratrol), antioxidants, potentiated polyclonal antibodies to eNOS and others agents have been effective in this model. Studies of endotelioprotective activity in other «ADMA-eNOS-associated" experimental models of metabolic syndrome and homocysteine-induced, gipoestrogen-induced sepsis-induced endothelial dysfunction and endothelial dysfunction in postvaccinal vasculitis have been developed

SRG X-ray orbital observatory. Its telescopes and first scientific results

The orbital observatory Spectrum-Roentgen-Gamma (SRG), equipped with the grazing-incidence X-ray telescopes Mikhail Pavlinsky ART-XC and eROSITA, was launched by Roscosmos to the Lagrange L2 point of the Sun-Earth system on July 13, 2019. The launch was carried out from the Baikonur Cosmodrome by a Proton-M rocket with a DM-03 upper stage. The German telescope eROSITA was installed on SRG under an agreement between Roskosmos and the DLR, the German Aerospace Agency. In December 2019, SRG started to perform its main scientific task: scanning the celestial sphere to obtain X-ray maps of the entire sky in several energy ranges (from 0.2 to 8 keV with eROSITA, and from 4 to 30 keV with ART-XC). By mid-June 2021, the third six-month all-sky survey had been completed. Over a period of four years, it is planned to obtain eight independent maps of the entire sky in each of the energy ranges. The sum of these maps will provide high sensitivity and reveal more than three million quasars and over one hundred thousand massive galaxy clusters and galaxy groups. The availability of eight sky maps will enable monitoring of long-term variability (every six months) of a huge number of extragalactic and Galactic X-ray sources, including hundreds of thousands of stars with hot coronae. The rotation of the satellite around the axis directed toward the Sun with a period of four hours enables tracking the faster variability of bright X-ray sources during one day every half year. The chosen strategy of scanning the sky leads to the formation of deep survey zones near both ecliptic poles. The paper presents sky maps obtained by the telescopes on board SRG during the first survey of the entire sky and a number of results of deep observations performed during the flight to the L2 point in the frame of the performance verification program.(Abriged)Comment: 30 pages, 46 figures.
