Based on the extended homoclinic test technique and the Hirota’s bilinear method, the (2+1)-dimensional Boiti-Leon-Manna-Pempinelli equation is investigated which describes the fluid propagating and can be considered as a model for an incompressible fluid. With the aid of symbolic computation, we introduce two new Ansätz functions to discuss the multiple periodic-soliton solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional Boiti-Leon-Manna-Pempinelli equation. Some entirely new periodic-soliton solutions are presented. The figures corresponding to these solutions are illustrated to show abundant physics structures

It has been demonstrated that the epithelial sodium channel (ENaC) may play critical roles in (re)absorbing Na+ from apical plasma membrane in various tissues and cells. Moreover, the serum glucocorticoid-inducible kinase 1 (SGK1) and the ubiquitin-protein ligase neural precursor cell-expressed, developmentally downregulated isoforms Nedd4 are involved in ENaC regulation in response to hormones such as aldosterone, vasopressin and insulin. The aim of the study was to investigate the cellular localizations of ENaC subunits, SGK1, and Nedd4 isoforms in the cochlea of guinea pig. Ten adult guinea pigs were sacrificed and their cochleas were collected. The expression patterns of ENaC subunits, SGK1 and Nedd4-2 isoforms in the guinea pig cochlea were studied by immunohistochemistry with the specific polyclonal rabbit antibodies against rat α-, β- and γ-ENaC, SGK1, Nedd4-1/2 and Nedd4-2. The results showed that all these proteins were extensively expressed in various regions of the cochlea. They were found in the spiral ligament, organ of Corti, spiral limbus, spiral ganglion and Reissner’s membrane with different staining patterns. The results indicated that a Na+ transport system may exist in the cochlea of guinea pig consisting of ENaC, SGK1 and Nedd4, which may work in concert to transport Na+ and to maintain homeostasis in inner ear as it does in other epithelia

Superconductivity and Its Enhancement in Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons

The discovery of superconductivity above 30 K in aromatic hydrocarbons in the past years has been an exciting event in condensed matter physics, chemistry, and materials. Superconductivity was realized by simply introducing electrons in the network made by carbon and hydrogen—the two components for organic systems. However, the accurate amount of doped electrons and their positions have not been established experimentally. No agreement has been reached for the mechanism of their superconductivity. Here, the first-principles theory with the combination of electron correlations is used to address these problems. Our calculations show that both the single-ring compound (benzene) and the two benzene ring compound (naphthalene) are superconductors with transition temperatures (Tc's) of 6.2 K and 5.8 K, respectively, after administration of potassium. By examining the existing experimental data carefully, we find that there exists a unique superconducting phase with Tc in the range of 5 − 7 K for all aromatic hydrocarbons. The almost constant low density of states at Fermi level with about two-electron doping accounts for this unified phase. The high density of states at Fermi level upon three-electron doping seems responsible for the high-Tc phase in these hydrocarbons with long benzene rings. Meanwhile, the electronic correlations also increase with an increasing number of benzene rings. These findings offer clues to the understanding of the superconductivity as well as to the search of new superconductors in this family

Quantity Management of Stock Based on BOM

It is an instinct requirement of the enterprise management to lower the cost so that the enterprise can optimize the asset efficiency. To enhance competition ability and enlarge the market share, enterprises must have a good inventory management system. In this paper, two solutions of inventory management based on bill of material (BOM) have been discussed. One is the accurate quantity and time that globally decided by primary equation of inventory management and the form of material requirement planning (MRP). The other is the stock requirement quantity and the detail structure which is implemented by compound BOM structure. A systematic and quantitative management method for trivial and heavy stock management had been discussed in this paper
