Calculation of the moscovium ground-state energy by quantum algorithms

We investigate the possibility to calculate the ground-state energy of the atomic systems on a quantum computer. For this purpose we evaluate the lowest binding energy of the moscovium atom with the use of the iterative phase estimation and variational quantum eigensolver. The calculations by the variational quantum eigensolver are performed with a disentangled unitary coupled cluster ansatz and with various types of hardware-efficient ansatze. The optimization is performed with the use of the Adam and Quantum Natural Gradients procedures. The scalability of the ansatze and optimizers is tested by increasing the size of the basis set and the number of active electrons. The number of gates required for the iterative phase estimation and variational quantum eigensolver is also estimated.Comment: 29 pages, 5 figure

Management of organizational culture in the conditions of enterprises digitalization

Global digitalization processes are transcontinental and trans-industry in nature. There is no sphere vital activity, that does not feel the influence of digital institutions. Economic activity of agents is most sensitive to digital innovations and market shifts. The process of integrating digital innovations into the activities of large foreign companies, based on the study of foreign sources, has been considered. The dignities, advantages and disadvantages of this practice have been adduced. The consequences of the ill-conceived unbalanced policies of companies in the context of following fashion trends, happening in the digital environment, have been analyzed separately. The conclusion about the need to customize Russian companies to the modern requirements of the global digital market has been made. It is noted, that the domestic practice lags behind not so much in the mechanism of implementation of modern digital practices, but in the efficiency of their use and qualitative growth of the organizational structure due to the synergetic effect of digitalization of production and all related procedures and processes. The authors have concluded, that the management of a modern company should be based on the interaction of all stakeholders, and not due to the dominance of processes and hierarchy, which in turn, will require changes in the management of organizational culture. At the center of this interaction there are digital social tools, the useful functions of which are obvious, on the one hand, determining the dynamics of interaction (openness, sincerity, human communication), on the other - expanding the area of awareness of participants in the interaction. Herewith it has been noted, that the use of modern information products is necessary in a certain balance with standard offline work tools

The socio-psychological features of elections with a weak content have been considered. The factors of interest of the electorate in such elections have been allocated. The main socio-psychological features of elections with a weak content, that determine the effectiveness of the use of political technologies have been noted. The causal typology of the features of elections with weak content, including formal, socio-psychological and political-technological features, has been presented. The process of effective information support of the election campaign has been analyzed and the conclusion has been made about the need for quality monitoring of candidates ‘ ratings in any election campaign. Conclusions have been drawn about the possibility of using the identified socio-psychological features of elections with low content in election campaigns

Does theory of quantum correction to conductivity agree with experimental data in 2D systems?

The quantum correction to the conductivity have been studied in two types of 2D heterostructures: with doped quantum well and doped barriers. The consistent analysis shows that in the structures where electrons occupy the states in quantum well only, all the temperature and magnetic field dependencies of the components of resistivity tensor are well described by the theories of quantum corrections. The contribution of electron-electron interaction to the conductivity have been determined reliably in the structures with different electron density. A possible reason of large scatter in experimental data concerning the contribution of electron-electron interaction, obtained in previous papers, and the role of the carriers, occupied the states of the doped layers, is discussed.Comment: 10 pages with 9 figure

Peculiarities of the influence of the electoral properties of candidates on voting behavior of voters

The problem of impact resistant and variables of electoral properties of candidates for for voting behavior of voters. In particular, it is shown that all factors determining the voting behavior of voters are graded on a fi ed (internal), weakly dependent on agitation characteristics and properties and external candidates voting factors of choice are highly dependent on the impact of social and communication activities of election campaigns has been presented. The classification of models of electoral behavior of voters, the structure of its determination. The author’s defi tion of electoral candidate properties, including objective-personal and socio-political attributes through subjective reflection electorate gradually form a holistic perception of the candidate, thereby defining his image in the mind of the voter, which is the end product of the electoral impact of candidate properties for the target audience during campaigning has be given

    Electron-electron interaction at decreasing kFlk_Fl

The contribution of the electron-electron interaction to conductivity is analyzed step by step in gated GaAs/InGaAs/GaAs heterostructures with different starting disorder. We demonstrate that the diffusion theory works down to kFl1.52k_F l\simeq 1.5-2, where kFk_F is the Fermi quasimomentum, ll is the mean free paths. It is shown that the e-e interaction gives smaller contribution to the conductivity than the interference independent of the starting disorder and its role rapidly decreases with kFlk_Fl decrease.Comment: 5 pages, 6 figure

UCN anomalous losses and the UCN capture cross-section on material defects

Experimental data shows anomalously large Ultra Cold Neutrons (UCN) reflection losses and that the process of UCN reflection is not completely coherent. UCN anomalous losses under reflection cannot be explained in the context of neutron optics calculations. UCN losses by means of incoherent scattering on material defects are considered and cross-section values calculated. The UCN capture cross-section on material defects is enhanced by a factor of 10^4 due to localization of UCN around defects. This phenomenon can explain anomalous losses of UCN.Comment: 13 pages, 4 figure

Interplay between Coulomb Blockade and Resonant Tunneling studied by the Keldysh Green's Function Method

A theory of tunneling through a quantum dot is presented which enables us to study combined effects of Coulomb blockade and discrete energy spectrum of the dot. The expression of tunneling current is derived from the Keldysh Green's function method, and is shown to automatically satisfy the conservation at DC current of both junctions.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figures(mail if you need), use revtex.sty, error corrected, changed titl
