The Ferromagnetism in the Vicinity of Lifshitz Topological Transitions

We show that the critical temperature of a ferromagnetic phase transition in a quasi-two-dimensional hole gas confined in a diluted magnetic semiconductor quantum well strongly depends on the hole chemical potential and hole density. The significant variations of the the Curie temperature occur close to the Lifshitz topological transition points where the hole Fermi surface acquires additional components of topological connectivity due to the filling of excited size-quantization subbands. The model calculations demonstrate that the Curie temperature can be doubled by a small variation of the gate voltage for the CdMnTe/CdMgTe quantum well based device

The history of creation and development of national-cultural associations of the peoples of Yakutia on the turn of 20th-21st centuries is described. It is noted that the preservation of the stability of ethnic relations in the multinational republic is the most important task of domestic policy carried out by local authorities. Information about the most important and most active public organizations representing different ethnic groups in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is provided. The author discusses the Yakut national organizations “Sakha omuk” and “Sakha keskile,” played a significant role in the political development of Yakutia in 1990-ies. The article highlights the activities of associations of indigenous peoples of the North. The major public enterprises of the Russian population of the Republic and the Diaspora of various ethnic groups are described. It is shown that, despite the different scales and different degree of influence, national-cultural associations of the peoples of Yakutia played a significant role in the development of statehood of the Republic. The recognition of the sovereignty of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), as well as the preservation of interethnic peace and unity in it are the result of the active position of independent public-political organizations. It is noted that national-cultural communities and associations remain an important and stable part in the political processes in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The lack or low content of their native compounds in urine requires detailed identification of their metabolites, which are excreted with urine and are present in blood. Using gas and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, we identified a series of metabolites in urine samples from humans and ratsyesBelgorod State Universit

Objective: to analyze the transformations in the Russian manufacturing industry associated with the massive renewal of the material and technical base of the machine-building sector. Methods: the article uses empirical, logical, comparative and statistical methods of analysis. Results: under the new sanctions, mechanical engineering, primary machine-building, should become the main area of transformations in the Russian industry, functioning on a new technological basis. The article analyzes the Russian machinebuilding sector and the development strategy of the manufacturing industry for the period up to 2035; the sources of financing of the Russian manufacturing industry are investigated; the current state of development of the Russian manufacturing sectors for January-March 2022 is shown; the anti-crisis measures of the Bank of Russia in the context of new economic sanctions are analyzed; a package of additional measures is considered related to the relief of credit overheating, accounts payable and receivables at Russian industrial enterprises in the short-, mediumand long-term.Scientific novelty: under the large-scale restructuring of the Russian economy, the Bank of Russia needs to switch to the nominal GDP targeting mode, to carry out the denomination of settlements and payments for export products in rubles tied to the target price of gold as a standard of value; to minimize and mitigate the risks of inflationary factors in industry by creating a Bank of bad debts.Practical significance: the main provisions and conclusions of the article can be used to carry out a large-scale modernization of the manufacturing industry of the Russian economy, ensuring the flow of modern technologies and products to the domestic market and taking into account the technical and economic features of the development of Russian regions

    NMDB and space weather forecasting

From the creation of NMDB in 2007 and through the growth in the number of stations and the data accumulation, the ShICRA SB RAS group continuously have used its facilities. For the last years we have created a method for short-term forecasting of intense geomagnetic storms with an advance time 1-2 days. The probability of forecasting is around 80%. We have reported about the method in the previous NMDB: virtual symposium on cosmic ray studies with neutron detectors in 2020. The method is based on the global survey method that was developed in Yakutsk in 1960s and uses the world network of neutron monitors as a single multidirectional device. The method is intended to estimate hourly dynamics of cosmic ray anisotropy in free-space. Note that only with the NMDB creation we managed to implement it in real time mode. Now we started work on creating another method for space weather forecasting by measurements of cosmic ray fluctuations. For this purpose, we use 1-min data of NMDB. In the current report we present the first results of our investigation on forecasting of intense geomagnetic storms with Dst < -50 nT. The results obtained indicate the possibility of developing and implementing in real time a method for predicting strong geophysical manifestations of space weather on the basis of ground-based cosmic ray measurements
