These laws and rules dictate that Oregon jurisdictions develop the following: a road plan for the network of arterial and collector streets; a public transit plan; a bicycle/pedestrian plan; an air, rail, water, and pipeline plan; a transportation financing plan; and policies/ordinances to implement the TSP.
