La tendencia en el pasado ha enfocado los esfuerzos por entender los costos relacionados al producto; sin embargo, es de vital importancia ahora que se recurra al mismo interés metodológico para comprender los costos vinculados también a los servicios de modo que no se categoricen como gasto.
