Comments on the TAC Report: The CGIAR and National Agricultural Research Systems
Comments presented at TAC 76 by Fernando Chaparro, Executive Secretary of the NARS Secretariat on a report by Hans Gregersen on CGIAR relationships with national agricultural research systems. The comment endorsed Gregersen's proposal that TAC undertake a thorough study of the subject, and offered the collaboration of the NARS Secretariat with TAC in the study of alternative modalities for CGIAR collaboration with NARS.An annex lists Gregersen's main recommendations with a specific comment on each
