Principles of the Economic Analysis and Criteria for Evaluation of Corporate Structures Functioning

In this article, authors attempt to investigate and specify the principles of the economic analysis and criteria for evaluation of activity of corporate structures in the conditions of instability of the external environment that allowed defining degree of completeness of their realization in practice. For receiving quality and objective standard of the economic analysis results, in the course of its carrying out we seek to consider the established principles representing the set of rules. Based on the outcomes, it can be concluded that the possibility of their full realization in many respects depends on institutional, legal and infrastructure conditions, professionalism of management of that region in the territory of which the corporation is located. Need of introduction of the principles of adaptability, relevance, independence, clarity and openness of results of the economic analysis is proved

Adopting the Thesaurus Approach to Develop Textual Competence among International Students while Teaching a Language for Special Purposes: Experience from Russian and Belarusian Higher Institutions

The article addresses the issues of the textual competence formation using the thesaurus approach, and the importance of the textual competence development in foreign students who study in higher educational establishments in Russia and Belarus. It also posits that the textual competence is an important part of the communicative one. The thesaurus approach is proposed as a privileged tool when teaching international students to work with professionally oriented written and oral texts. The article proposes a set of steps (stages) to implement the thesaurus approach. It also introduces a framework of exercises and their types for each of the steps. The research is based on the data collected during English and Russian as a foreign language classes and is conducted in three universities of Russia and Belarus by means of observation, discussion, testing, and statistics analysis. Theoretical ground has been set for further research, focusing on the ways to assess the level of the textual competence development in students

In countries with developed market economies, medical industry is one of the leading sectors in terms of revenue from the export of its products. At the same time, the share of domestic enterprises in the Russian market of medical equipment and medical products is reduced. For this, in high-tech segments the import share is 100% of total consumption of products. Despite the development of the latest achievements of medical science by the leading medical institutions of the Russian Federation, quality and effectiveness of medical care currently is not satisfactory. This is due to insufficient public funding for health care with high (up to 80%) level of depreciation of current medical equipment and need in supplying medical institutions with new medical equipment, low susceptibility of management to social and managerial innovations in the social sphere in general and health care in particular. The study investigates the problems and development prospects of regional market of medical equipment. Interpretation of the content of regional market of medical equipment is given, its dual nature is revealed the segmentation of medical equipment market is presented in view of features of producer and consumer behavior within the territorial localized formations
