The result of the work of a lending institution is a banking product as the product of corporate efforts of a bank personnel as a whole, but not of an individual bank employee. A banking product, as any other product yielded in market environment, should primarily meet the needs of its clients. Its development and implementation is accomplished in accordance with adopted strategy of development of a certain bank, aimed at the increase of client base, rendering qualitative service, profit making, cost saving etc. As part of working on performance evaluation and marketing strategy construction, we would like to dwell on the issue of a current trend in the modern multifaceted banking sector of Private banking (or VIP servicing facility) using the example of one of the major players in the market of Russian banking services – Joint Stock Investment Commercial Bank “Tatfondbank”

    Heavy Oil Residues: Application as a Low-Cost Filler in Polymeric Materials

    Deposits of oil sands, bitumen, extra-heavy oil, and heavy oil appear in more than 70 countries all over the world and the fraction of oil recovered gradually increases. High content of poly-condensed high molecular weight oil components (PHMOCs), which may amount up to 50-60% depending on conditions of oil formation, is the main difference of heavy oil and bitumen from conventional oil. PHMOCs can lay the foundation for the preparation of a large number of valuable materials due to their structural manifold and their potential still not discovered to full extent. This work is devoted to the study of the effect of PHMOCs on properties of the composition materials prepared from polyethylene matrix. An «asphalt» – industrial product of deasphalting of tar, as well as asphaltenes and resins isolated from heavy oil, were used as a source of PHMOCs. HDPE and fillers were characterized using MALDI, FTIR, DSC and TGA. For the new composite materials we evaluated the physicomechanical properties, the thermal decomposition characteristics (by TGA), and the accumulation rate of carbonyl groups in the oxidized polymer (on FTIR). Studies of new composite materials showed that the introduction of filler in an amount of up to 4% in a polyethylene matrix does not lead to a significant change in the physicomechanical properties, but for a number of parameters they are improved. It also figured out that the addition of PHMOCs to polyethylene makes it unnecessary to stabilize the resulting compositions with stabilizers of thermal oxidative degradation. Results of experimental studies indicate that industrial residue - «asphalt» is a promising filler and low cost of this stock renders it perfect source for the industry of polymer materials

    Analysis of the Factors Affecting a Journalist's Professional Activities

    В целях изучения факторов, влияющих на профессиональную деятельность журналиста на современном этапе, был проведен опрос 30 журналистов, работающих в различных СМИ Татарстана (телевидение, радио, печатные издания, интернет-СМИ). Журналисты заполнили разработанную нами анкету, где предлагалось ответить на 19 вопросов. Анкетирование позволило определить психологическую обстановку в профессионально-творческой среде журналистов, выделить паттерны переживаний личностных и творческих кризисов, базисные ценности корреспондентов.In order to study the factors influencing the journalist's professional activities, 30 journalists working in various media outlets in Tatarstan (television, radio, print, Internet media) were interviewed at the current stage. Journalists filled out a questionnaire developed by us, where it was offered to answer 19 questions. The survey allowed to determine the psychological situation in the professional and creative environment of the journalists, to highlight patterns of experiences of personal and creative crises, as well as the basic values of correspondents

    Possibilities of using raman spectroscopy in diagnosis of prostate cancer in vitro

    diagnosis of "Benign prostatic hyperplasia" (BPH). 47 prostate tissue samples (histologically confirmed diagnosis "Prostate cancer." The samples were examined on the apparatus (HoribaScientific) .Configuration : wavelength 785 nm, grating 1200 gr / mm, 100% filter, confocal hole 300 μm. Integration time 50 s. Analysis of spectral data was carried out using Matlab software, Statistica, FreeSpectraBase, Sp ectraldatabase IndexBio-Rad. Results. Raman spectra of tissue fragments of BPH and PCa correspond to a range of 700-1800 cm-1. Samples with PCa have higher peaks compared to BPH samples at 1280 cm-1 (C-NH2, included in adenine, guanine, cytosine), 1323 cm-1 (CH3 / CH2 collagen), 1378 cm-1 (guanine, adenine, dNA), 1560 cm-1 (adenine and guanine). The spectra of the samples with BPH have higher peaks at 752 cm-1 (tyrosine), 1662 cm -1 (bond amides I: C = O proteins, C = C-bond of lipids). Conclusions. In the study of tissue samples with confirmed diagnoses of BPH and PCa, an increase in the intensity of Raman light scattering of dNA in tissues with confirmed PCa was noted, and a reverse decrease in the intensity of Raman scattering of dNA light in tissues with BPH. Raman spectroscopy showed spectral differences in the biochemical composition of tissues with BPH and tissues with PCa. In the future, this method of investigation can be used to develop a diagnostic algorithm for detecting prostate cancer.Цель исследования. оценить диагностические возможности метода Рамановской спектроскопии в выявлении рака предстательной железы. Материалы и методы. Забор материала:13 образцов предстательной железы (гистологически подтвержден диагноз «доброкачественная гиперплазия предстательной железы» (ДГПЖ). 47 образцов тканей предстательной железы (гистологически подтвержден диагноз «рак предстательной железы».Исследование образцов проводилось на аппарате (HoribaScientific). Конфигурация: длина волны 785 нм, решетка 1200 gr/mm,фильтр 100%, конфокальное отверстие 300 μm.Время интегрирования 50 с. Анализ спектральных данных производился с использованием программного обеспечения Matlab, Statistica, FreeSpectraBase, Spectraldatabase IndexBio-Rad. результаты. Спектры комбинационного рассеяния фрагментов тканей ДГПЖ и РПЖ соответствуют промежутку 700-1800 см-1.образцы с РПЖ имеют более высокие пики по сравнению с образцами ДГПЖ при 1280 см-1(С-NH2 ,входящая в состав аденина,гуанина,цитозина),1323 см-1 (CH3/CH2коллагена),1378 см-1(гуанин,аденин,ДНК),1560 см-1(аденин и гуанин).Спектры образцов с ДГПЖ имеют более высокие пики при 752 см-1(тирозин),1662 см-1(связь амидов I:C=O белков,C=C-связь липидов). Выводы. При исследовании образцов тканей с подтвержденными диагнозами ДГПЖ и РПЖ отмечается увеличение интенсивности Рамановского рассеяния света ДНК в тканях с подтвержденным РПЖ,и обратное снижение интенсивности Рамановского рассеяния света ДНК в тканях с ДГПЖ. Рамановская спектроскопия показала спектральные различия в биохимическом составе тканей с ДГПЖ и тканей с РПЖ. В перспективе данный метод исследования может быть использован для разработки диагностического алгоритма выявления рака предстательной железы

The features of the author’s calculation method, which favorably distinguish it from similar developments, are given. Recently new flexible and hydrolytically stable metal-organic framework [M(H2O)2(Fc(PHOO)2)·2H2O]n, M = Co has been synthesized by the use of synthetic technique, described earlier for M = Mn [1]. The heating of both complexes leads to elimination of water molecules and in the case of Co complex is accompanied by change of its color from orange to dark blue. The corresponding structural changes are reversible and are reflected in vibrational and electronic absorption spectra. Analysis of IR, Raman and UV–vis spectra of complexes shows the same structures of Mn and Co complexes before and after heating and suggests that both Mn and Co coordination polyhedra undergo reversible changes under heating from octahedral to tetrahedral form with ferrocene part remaining unchanged

    The article reflects modern methods for predicting risk predictors and diagnosing the risks of caries and inflammatory periodontal disease. Modern diagnostic non-invasive methods of oral fluid research have been applied, allowing early diagnostics and further therapeutic and prophylactic measures to reduce their prevalence. From this it follows that not only the forecasting of risks is urgent, but also the development and introduction of methods for early diagnosis of caries and periodontal inflammatory diseases, as well as the development of effective therapeutic and prophylactic measures in young people.В статье отражены современные методы прогнозирования предикторов риска и диагностики рисков развития кариеса и воспалительных заболеваний пародонта. Применены современные диагностические неинвазивные методы исследования ротовой жидкости, позволяющие провести раннюю диагностику и в дальнейшем лечебно-профилактические мероприятия позволяющие снизить их распространенность. Из этого следует, что актуальными являются не только прогнозирование рисков, но и разработка и внедрение методов ранней диагностики кариеса и воспалительных заболеваний пародонта, а также разработка эффективных лечебно-профилактических мероприятий у лиц молодого возраста
