IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PROGRAM BANTUAN LANGSUNG TUNAI DIMASA PANDEMI COVID-19

The Indonesian government minimizes the spread of the Covid-19 Pandemic and improves the welfare of the people in Indonesia by means of the government making new policies on social security programs, one of which is the Village Fund Direct Assistance (BLT-DD). the central government hopes that the distribution of BLT can be carried out in an orderly, fair and precise manner, namely right on target, right people, right time, right process, and right administrative report. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of the BLT program policy in the government area of Southwest Sumba Regency went well. the supporting factor in this research is the collaboration between the village government and the community to participate in the distribution of BLT. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the completeness of community documents in the form of family cards (KK) and identity cards (KTP) in receiving BLT, but this can be overcome by the village government so that overall BLT distribution goes well.AsbtrakPemerintah Indonesia meminimalisir penyebaran Pandemi Covid-19 dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Indonesia dengan cara pemerintah membuat kebijakan baru tentang program jaminan sosial salah satunya adalah Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) Adanya Bantuan BLT-DD diwilayah pemerintahan Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya pemerintah pusat berharap pendistribusian BLT bisa terlaksana secara tertib, adil, dan tepat yaitu tepat sasaran, tepat orang, tepat waktu, tepat proses, dan tepat laporan administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Implementasi kebijakan program BLT diwilayah pemerintahan Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya berjalan dengan baik. faktor pendukung dalam penelitian ini adalah kerjasama antara pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam penyaluran BLT. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat adalah kelengkapan dokumen masyarakat yang berupa kartu keluarga (KK) dan kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) dalam menerima BLT namun hal tersebut dapat di atasi oleh pemerintah desa sehingga secara keseluruahan penyaluran BLT berjalan dengan baik

SIMILARITY IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA

The purpose of this article is to analyze and describe the implementation of village financial management policies (ADD, DD and DBH), as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of village community financial management policies (ADD, DD and DBH) intended to improve welfare and good governance. The implimentation of the management of village finances (ADD DD and DBH) creates negative phenomena or phenomena that is not on target. The research method is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the analysis, based on the Donald van Meter and Carl van Horn policy implementation model, indicates that five of the six variables affect the successful implementation of village financial management policies while one variable, namely the external environment, does not affect the successful implementation of village financial policies. The supporting factors are the existence of regulations, community participation, internal and external cooperation, while the obstacles are the regulations that often change and the delay in distribution to the RKD. Similarity The Influence of Hospital Service Factors, Quality of Hospitals, And Quality of Medical Personnel on Patients Intentions for Treatment in Singapore for Hospital Policies in Indonesia and Hospitals in Singapore with International Standards

Health is a community need. Competition for health services by hospitals, especially private ones, both in Indonesia and abroad, has even become a promising business at this time. Hospital services and professional medical personnel in Singapore have increased every year following the development of health problems and medical technology. This has led Singapore Hospitals to implement promotion of care for Indonesian patients and an increase in Indonesian patients who receive recommendations for treatment in Singapore. The causative factor is the patient's perception of hospital services, the quality of the hospital, and the quality of medical personnel. The results showed that the perception of hospital services was not the cause for a person to go to Singapore for treatment, but the determining factors were hospital services, hospital quality and quality of medical personnel

Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila melalui Pentas Budaya dan Proyek Pembelajaran Wawasan Kebangsaan

Keberagaman budaya adalah kekayaan dan potensi yang perlu dilestarikan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat khususnya pada mahasiswa Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi dengan keberagaman yang tinggi telah berhasil mencapai aspek profil pelajar Pancasila. Aspek yang tercapai pada kegiatan ini meliputi bergotong royong, berkebinekaan global, mandiri, dan kreatif. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari tahap inisiasi profil pelajar Pancasila, tahap konsep abstraksi, penyusunan proyek, dan pelaksanaan proyek. Proyek ini merupakan luaran dari mata kuliah wawasan kebangsaan sebagai mata kuliah penciri Universitas. Proyek luaran mahasiswa dan dosen pendamping meliputi acara Pentas Budaya, mengenalkan makanan daerah, dan mengenalkan permainan tradisional. Hasil dari penerapan kegiatan ini sebagai praktik baik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan pembentukan profil Pancasila
