The performance of economic entities had been a research matter even in the ancient world. The genius humanhad been recognized as a vehicle for certain valuable capabilities and as the critic of transforming processes.But it had not been considered as an intellectual capitalizator or intellectual asset. The field for intellectualcapital and the related philosophy of knowledge management had risen recently to an interesting researchobject world wide. Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC™) method and Rate of Growth IntellectualCapital (ROGIC) were applied in order to analyze the dynamic effect of Indonesia commercial banks for thefinancial period 2005 quarter 1 until 2008 quarter 4. It focused on banking financial performance both forcurrent period and the future. The research method was quantitative analysis and the sample were 22 banks byusing purposive sampling method. The method of estimation was dynamic model on panel data.The result ofthe study was all banks had relatively smaller capital employed efficiency than human and structural efficiencies.The long term effect had greater impact for return on asset and solvency ratio compared to the short termone. Average response time required for adjustment of return on asset was faster then solvency ratio

Pemodelan Pemasangan Penyangga Sementara Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak Phase 2 Pada Headrace Tunnel Chainage 45 M – 155 M Di Plta Tulis Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah

In the process of tunnel construction, the support design process is a very important thing to do. This process must be done carefully and thoroughly in order to obtain cost efficiencies expenditureon the tunnel project. Because the total expenditure in the construction of a tunnel is not cheap. This support planning process itself is divided into two namely the planning of temporary andpermanent support. The support planning usually is done before and the time of tunnelconstruction. This research aims to model the geological conditions around the tunnel, the tunnel pit conditions before supporting system installed, and the temporary support design of theheadrace tunnel of Tulis Hydropower Banjarnegara Residence, Central Java Province. So we willknow types of the most appropriate support based on physical properties, rock mechanics and rock mass behavior along the tunnel. The research method used is descriptive and experimentalmethods. By way of temporary support modelling in headrace tunnel with Phase2 software . In thisresearch will analyze and make temporary support models of 45 m – 155 m chainage the headrace tunnel. In the chainage will be made 3 models (II b, III a, and III b) based on rock mass ratingvalue Based on the modelling results it is known that for class II b has a total displacement of < 5mm. So the installation of supports on class II b is relatively stable and secure there will be no collapse of the tunnel. As well as combinations obtained temporary support is most effective with atotal value that is the smallest displacementnya shotcrete 1 variations is 50 mm; 3 m long of rockbolts with spaced 2 m and 10 of its number ; shotcrete 2 variations 100 mm. Whereass the rock mass class III A and III B have > 5 mm in the result of total displacement. So the tunnel is will notstable and secure with a variety of shotcrete and rock bolts that has been done. It would requirethe addition of another temporary support variant form of steel set as installation instructions and supporting the tunnel excavation (After Bieniawski, 1989)

Hubungan Penerapan Corporate Governance dan Social Corporate terhadap Manajemen Pajak (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2012-2015)

This study aims to examine the effect of the number of boards of commissioners, the percentage of independent commissioners, the amount of compensation board of commissioners, audit committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility to corporate tax management. This study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population used in this study consists of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. Samples were obtained in this study as many as 30 companies, bringing the total overall sample to be observed during the years 2012 to 2015 a total of 120. The results show that there is a significant positive effect on the number of commissioners tax management. There is a significant positive effect on the percentage of independent board tax management. There is a significant positive effect on the amount of compensation commissioners tax management. There is no influence of the audit committee of the tax management. There is no influence of Corporate Social Responsibility for the management of taxes. There is no effect of firm size on tax management. There is a significant positive effect on the profitability of tax management

Pengaruh Struktur Dan Aktivitas Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Luas Pengungkapan Informasi Strategis Secara Sukarela Pada Website Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia

Many factors affect the extent of strategic information may be disclosed by the company, especially through the website. This study is a replication of the research Sanchez et al (2008). However, only some of the variables used in this study, adapted to the situation of companies in Indonesia. Corporate governance is essentially comes to controlling the behavior of top executives to protect the interests of stakeholders. The problem arises because of the separation between ownership and management company. The separation is explained by the theory of the Agency in terms of the so-called agency problem. This study aimed to test whether there is a positive relationship between the size of the board of commissioners, commissioners activity, the proportion of independent board of directors, audit committee activity, firm size and industry type to extensive voluntary disclosure of strategic information on the company website. The research was conducted by the method of observation and documentation of the companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010 and has a website as a population consisting of 426 companies. After making observations, eventually acquired 126 companies. To analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, linear regression analysis was used to test the assumption that preceded classical. The results showed that the activities of the audit committee and firm size wide significant positive effect on the company\u27s strategic disclosure. While the activities of the board, proportion of independent commissioners, and industry types have positive but not statistically significant. For the size of the board of commissioners, proved to negatively affect the company\u27s broad strategic disclosure

Religiusitas Sebagai Prediktor Terhadap Kesehatan Mental Studi Terhadap Pemeluk Agama Islam

Modern era that is more focus on materialism, individual and demand on the quickly change. It makes people will get such problem if they can't adjust their self. The incapability in adaptation will make someone get anxiety, frustration and depression quickly; those are manifestation of mental illness. This condition will be worse if someone has not paid attention religion aspects of his life. This is caused by the base of religion if one of four dimension which influence somebody's life. If one of them is unfulfilled so human function will be disturbed i.e. mental illness. The aimed of this research is to know whether religiosity is the factor that effect mental illness. The sampling technique in this research is quota sampling and accidental sampling. Subject of this research is 18-40 years old and Moslem with the total number of 82 people. The instrument for collecting data is mental illness scale and religiosity scale. The result of regression analysis was indicated that F (54,068) > F table and r2 = 0,403. So the hypothesis is accepted, this means religiosity can predict mental illness with the prediction capacity is 40,3%
