The influence of the mechanically activated amorphous form of calcium gluconate on the metabolism and mineral density of bone tissue in dental implantation in patients with chronic generalized periodontitis
The influence of mechanoactivated (nanodispersed) form of calcium gluconate (inside and locally) on the bone mineral density (BMD) and osteointegration processes in 89 patients aged 35-44 with chronic generalized periodontitis with reduced BMD within T-score from -1.1 to -2.5 SD was evaluated. The clinical condition, indicators of mineral metabolism (Ca, Mg, P) in blood plasma, markers of bone remodeling were studied. The inclusion of traditional training and accepted Protocol of dental implant receiving mechanically activated (nanosized) amorphous form of calcium gluconate in patients with chronic generalized periodontitis with reduced mineral density of bone tissue contributes to the correction of calcium-phosphorus metabolism and bone metabolism with the improvement of osseointegration of dental implants.ΠΡΠΎΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½Π° ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΊΠ° Π²Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΠΈΡ ΠΌΠ΅Ρ

The Insulator Protein SU(HW) Fine-Tunes Nuclear Lamina Interactions of the Drosophila Genome
Specific interactions of the genome with the nuclear lamina (NL) are thought to assist chromosome folding inside the nucleus and to contribute to the regulation of gene expression. High-resolution mapping has recently identified hundreds of large, sharply defined lamina-associated domains (LADs) in the human genome, and suggested that the insulator protein CTCF may help to demarcate these domains. Here, we report the detailed structure of LADs in Drosophila cells, and investigate the putative roles of five insulator proteins in LAD organization. We found that the Drosophila genome is also organized in discrete LADs, which are about five times smaller than human LADs but contain on average a similar number of genes. Systematic comparison to new and published insulator binding maps shows that only SU(HW) binds preferentially at LAD borders and at specific positions inside LADs, while GAF, CTCF, BEAF-32 and DWG are mostly absent from these regions. By knockdown and overexpression studies we demonstrate that SU(HW) weakens genome β NL interactions through a local antagonistic effect, but we did not obtain evidence that it is essential for border formation. Our results provide insights into the evolution of LAD organization and identify SU(HW) as a fine-tuner of genome β NL interactions

The integrated Model of health care for patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is based on the creation of specialized centers where multidisciplinary teams provide patient-centered care. Recent studies showed that the introduction of such approach into the IBD treatment practice led to faster diagnosis, an increase in the proportion of patients with mild forms of IBD and, as a result, the reduction of medical costs. The present study aims to assess the economic consequences of the proposed IBD healthcare optimization in the Republic of Tatarstan. Materials and methods. A budget impact model was created to compare two scenarios: the basic case when IBD patients are treated according to the current practice based on the existing network of clinics versus the simulated scenario when IBD patients receive medical care within a specialized IBD center, organised in accordance with the integrated multidisciplinary approach. The study hypothesis implies that the proportion of patients with severe IBD is gradually decreasing due to the change in the treatment model and the improved diagnostic procedure. The direct medical costs included the cost of visits to doctors, ambulance calls, diagnostic tests, outpatient medications, and the day-time and 24-hour in-patient care. One-way sensitivity analysis of all model inputs was performed. Results. As a result of the modified practice in the Republic of Tatarstan, the cost of medical care for IBD patients will decrease by 120 million rubles over 5 years. The sensitivity analysis shows the results are robust and not sensitive to fluctuations in the variables. However, the results are shown to be most sensitive to fluctuations in the distribution of patients by IBD severity. Conclusion. The introduction of the integrated healthcare for patients with IBD will result in lower costs of this service.ΠΠ½ΡΠ΅Π³ΡΠΈΡΠΎΠ²Π°Π½Π½ΡΠΉ ΠΏΠΎΠ΄Ρ

Features of local immunity of the oral cavity in patients with chronic generalized periodontitis and bruxism
The functioning of the immune system periodontal largely determines the direction of development of pathological processes in chronic Inflammation. To date, the primary in the pathogenesis of chronic immunological inflammation is either local disturbance at the system level, mucous membranes, or small anomalies on the system level-the issue is quite complicated and is still much discussion as immunological positions, and positions of General pathology with consideration of the functioning of other homeostatic systems of the body. The aim of our study was to study changes in the immunological status of the intraoral cavity In patients with chronic generalized periodontitis and bruxism, analysis of changes of immunoglobulins in the oral fluid to determine conjugacy and orientation of the violations. The research was conducted at the Department of therapeutic dentistry with a course of EITi and in the dental clinic, LLC 'Pearl'. The main group comprised 317 patients with chronic generalized periodontitis and bruxism mild and moderate severity for the study of local immunity In the oral fluid. The control group included 35 people. All patients were matched for age. Material of the research was the oral liquid where studied, the concentration of immunoglobulin (lg) as slgA, IgA, IgM, IgG, IgE and lysozyme. The results of the study of the immunological status of the oral cavity revealed that all patients with periodontal disease noted local humoral Immunodeficiency. It was found that in chronic generalized periodontitis mild and moderate severity of the immune system of the oral cavity works in a mode of functional strain.Π€ΡΠ½ΠΊΡΠΈΠΎΠ½ΠΈΡΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΠΈΠΌΠΌΡΠ½Π½ΠΎΠΉ ΡΠΈΡΡΠ΅ΠΌΡ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΎΠ΄ΠΎΠ½ΡΠ° Π²ΠΎ ΠΌΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎΠΌ ΠΎΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄Π΅Π»ΡΠ΅Ρ Π½Π°ΠΏΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΡΠ°Π·Π²ΠΈΡΠΈΡ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΡ

DNA Topoisomerase II Modulates Insulator Function in Drosophila
Insulators are DNA sequences thought to be important for the establishment and maintenance of cell-type specific nuclear architecture. In Drosophila there are several classes of insulators that appear to have unique roles in gene expression. The mechanisms involved in determining and regulating the specific roles of these insulator classes are not understood. Here we report that DNA Topoisomerase II modulates the activity of the Su(Hw) insulator. Downregulation of Topo II by RNAi or mutations in the Top2 gene result in disruption of Su(Hw) insulator function. This effect is mediated by the Mod(mdg4)2.2 protein, which is a unique component of the Su(Hw) insulator complex. Co-immunoprecipitation and yeast two-hybrid experiments show that Topo II and Mod(mdg4)2.2 proteins directly interact. In addition, mutations in Top2 cause a slight decrease of Mod(mdg4)2.2 transcript but have a dramatic effect on Mod(mdg4)2.2 protein levels. In the presence of proteasome inhibitors, normal levels of Mod(mdg4)2.2 protein and its binding to polytene chromosomes are restored. Thus, Topo II is required to prevent Mod(mdg4)2.2 degradation and, consequently, to stabilize Su(Hw) insulator-mediated chromatin organization
