Effizienzsteigerung numerischer Verfahren der nichtlinearen Optimierung

This thesis focuses on the development of multiple different techniques to improve the efficiency of nonlinear optimization algorithms. The contribution of this work can be divided in three main parts. Having a closer look on an Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP) algorithm (namely the solver WORHP) theoretical results about the inertia of the system matrix in the case of SQP with interior-point-method for the solution of the subproblems are given and an adaptive relaxation scheme to handle inconsistent constraints is developed. Using parametric sensitivity analysis multiple algorithms to improve the SQP method are presented. These focus mainly on the handling of nonlinear constraints, but a new strategy to improve the necessary regularization of the Hessian of the Lagrangian is shown as well. In addition to these algorithmic advancements a technical discussion about parallelism for nonlinear programming is given and used to develop a new multi-core capable interface

Zufriedenheit der Mütter und Therapeuten mit verschiedenen Behandlungsmodulen der Familientagesklinik Münster

Im Rahmen einer Studie wurde die Zufriedenheit der Mütter und Therapeuten mit verschiedenen Behandlungsmodulen der Familientagesklinik für Säuglinge, Klein- und Vorschulkinder der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie Münster anhand eines Fragebogens untersucht. Die Stichprobe setzte sich aus 131 Kindern und ihren Müttern zusammen, die zwischen 2001 und 2008 behandelt wurden. Insgesamt betrug bei der Messung der Zufriedenheit der Mittelwert über alle Therapiemodule bei den Müttern 1,96, was der Note „gut“ entspricht. Mit einem Mittelwert über alle Therapiemodule von 2,30 wiesen auch die Therapeuten eine hohe Zufriedenheit auf. Post-hoc wurde der Zusammenhang zwischen der Behandlungszufriedenheit und standardisierten Erfolgsmaßen für das Kind und die Mutter untersucht. Eine statistisch signifikante Verbesserung der Psychopathologie des Kindes (CBCL Total Problem Score) und der Mutter (GSI des SCL-90-R) bestätigten den Behandlungserfolg der familientagesklinischen Behandlung.<br

In the title compound, C21H25N3O6S, the dihedral angle between the meth­oxy­benzene and indazole rings is 74.96 (5)°. The crystal packing is stabilized by an N—H⋯O hydrogen bond into a two-dimensional network. In addition, C—H⋯π inter­actions and a π–π contact, with a centroid–centroid distance of 3.5333 (6) Å, are observed. The crystal packing is stabilized by N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds
