Objective: This study was undertaken with the aim of the validate the simple isocratic metods high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) for the estimation of PEG-2000-DSPE and sucrose in liposomal medicinal formulations of the phthalocyanine photosensitizer Lipophthalocyan. Methods: HPLC quantification was carried out by using of YMC-Pack Polyamine II column. The mobile phase (for sucrose: acetonitrile: water: ethyl acetate in the ratio of 450: 200: 20; for PEG-2000-DSPE: water in the ratio 10: 90) was pumped at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. Following the guidelines of the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), the methods was validated for various analytical parameters like specificity, linearity, detection limit, quantitative limit, correctness, and accuracy. Results: The obtained results of the analysis were validated statistically. The correlation coefficient for the linearity was 0.999292, for sucrose, and 0.997650 for PEG-2000-DSPE. The methods can be assessed as correct, as the results obtained are close to the true value and the confidence interval for both methods include 100%. The coefficients of variation in both methods in determining the accuracy were less than 3%. Conclusion: The proposed HPLC methods were validated according to the ICH guidelines and results and statistical parameters demonstrated that the developed methods are sensitive, precise, reliable and simple for the estimation of PEG-2000-DSPE and sucrose in Lipophthalocyan

The ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) in the frequency range of 0.5 to 12.5 GHz has been investigated as a function of external magnetic field for rapidly quenched Fe3Co67Cr3Si15B12 amorphous ribbons with different features of the effective magnetic anisotropy. Three states of the ribbons were considered: as-quenched without any treatment; after relaxation annealing without stress at the temperature of 350 °C during 1 h; and after annealing under specific stress of 230 MPa at the temperature of 350 °C during 1 h. For FMR measurements, we adapted a technique previously proposed and tested for the case of microwires. Here, amorphous ribbons were studied using the sample holder based on a commercial SMA connector. On the basis of the measurements of the reflection coefficient S11, the total impedance including its real and imaginary components was determined to be in the frequency range of 0.5 to 12.5 GHz. In order to confirm the validity of the proposed technique, FMR was also measured by the certified cavity perturbation technique using a commercial Bruker spectrometer operating at X-band frequency of 9.39 GHz. As part of the characterization of the ribbons used for microwave measurements, comparative analysis was performed of X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, inductive magnetic hysteresis loops, vibrating sample magnetometry, magneto-optical Kerr effect (including magnetic domains) and magnetoimpedance data for of all samples. The research funding from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (Ural Federal University Program of Development within the Priority-2030 Program) is gratefully acknowledged. Further funding from University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU Research Groups Funding (GMMM) is similarly gratefully acknowledged

This contribution deals with the comprehensive review of the labour market during the latest in a series of financial crises. The article presents the legal background for detailed regulation of norms introduced to combat high inflation growth; economic instability and income stratification of the population as a consequence of the application of new measures and their compliance directly affecting the normal development of the labour market. The contribution aims to analyse the labour market during the latest in a series of economic crises based on the study, analysis and synthesis of the scientific base, current legislation and the practice in its application. In order to achieve the aim and fulfil the set tasks, popular scientific dialectical cognition methods, as well as logical, systemic, historical, comparative-legal and formally legal methods were used in the article. We come to the conclusion that the labour legislation is closely linked to the economic processes that have a direct impact on the level of well-being and social climate in the society. The achievement of the public policy objectives in the area of labour market management depends on significant compliance with financial regulations. The concrete changes that are taking place and which are beginning to take shape on the labour market under the influence of the crisis, are becoming irreversible. They change the most important indicators of the labour market, which play the role of its structure-forming components, such as the engagement and unemployment, labour migration and compensation of employees. Their dynamics determines changes in the general financial standing of the labour market. At the same time, they are important for the overcoming of the crisis

The development programs of coal mining enterprises pay special attention to the increase in production potential and the penetration of new market niches, as well as the organization of rational interaction with related industries. The creation of clusters in such conditions contributes to the sustainable development of the region. The exhibition activities of coal mining enterprises play an important role in establishing rational interaction with companies of coal and related industries, thus creating favorable conditions for the modernization of Russian coal mining and processing enterprises. The article focuses on the pre-show stage of the exhibition activity of coal mining enterprises devoted to planning and preparing for the exhibition event. The series of decisions made during the stage include setting goals of participation, choosing the exhibition event, determining the form of participation, designing the stand, planning onstand and off-stand activities, preparing information, advertising and souvenir materials, recruiting and training of the exhibition staff

Environment Status: Official Assessment vs Perception by the Population

Environmental deterioration is a challenge for all major cities. Public authorities improve environment monitoring systems, develop and implement measures to reduce the negative consequences of manufacturing activities, inform the population. The article analyzes data on the state and dynamics of the environment status in Kemerovo (Western Siberia, Russia), where a large number of manufacturing enterprises are concentrated. The results of Kemerovo population survey aimed at assessment of perception of the air and water pollution degree, the attitude to the influence of meteorological conditions and landscape features on the environment status, and identification of respondents’ opinions about the enterprises having the greatest impact on the environment are described. In addition, the survey assessed changes in the environment status and the degree of personal concern of citizens. The results of the survey were compared with statistic data; a number of discrepancies were identified. The authors offer some recommendations for public authorities on working with the population on environmental issues
