© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.This paper proposes a method of the thermal purification and removal paraffin, without using of mechanical purification of the oil wells and the oil pipeline

Preparation of metal surfaces for application of functional coatings

    Get PDF
© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.This paper proposes an efficient method of plasma purification of metal surfaces before applying coatings or the product finishing treatment. The plasma purification is performed in a steam-gas discharge with an aluminum anode and a liquid cathode

Study of the combined laser-plasma effect on metals

    Get PDF
© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. Interaction processes of laser radiation with the metal surface layer during laser effect, and the main factors influencing the absorption capacity of the metal with a surface processing by a laser beam are considered. The method is proposed for increasing the absorption capacity of laser radiation by plasmatron pre-heating of the material. The results of the combined laser-plasma effect are presented

Physical and mathematical foundations describing crystallization process of melt cooling on a moving wall by fourier method and Duhamel Theorem

    Get PDF
© 2017 Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. The process of melt crystallization of the material in a twin-roll mold is considered. An adjoin of heat conduction through variable thickness of wall "rolls wall - hard layer" with a convective heat exchange from two sides problem important for the chemical industry is solved using Fourier method and Duhamel theorem. A theoretical dependence of the thickness of a frozen layer on the physical parameters of the melt and technological parameters of the crystallization process is obtained

The study the erosion of the electrodes under the influence moving electric arc

    Get PDF
© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. The paper presents the results of experimental study of the processes of interaction of a moving arc with electrodes pulsed plasma generator in the range of parameters I = 60÷500 A, U 30÷70 V, G 0÷155 l/min, dE 4÷14 mm and LE 2÷20 mm. In this article the results of the study traces left by moving arc on the electrode surfaces are described, and the impact velocity of the arc on the form and sizes these traces, ranging VD 7÷130 m / s. We show the research results of the heating and erosion of the electrodes under the influence of high-current arc moving

Purification the surface of detail from biological contaminations

    Get PDF
© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.More than 70% of biodegradation occur due to the corrosion processes. A biological corrosion causes the greatest damage to the oil and gas-production industry, the Navy and pipelines, constructions of water supply, means of communication. This paper proposes an effective method of purification various surfaces from biological contaminations by using of cold plasma
