Considering also what are the health education practices focused at promoting healthy
life styles identified in municipal instruments health management. The instruments
listed for categorization were the Municipal Health Plans (MHP), Annual Management
Report (AMR) and Annual Health Plan (AHP) about 23 cities belonging to five
different Departments of Regional Development of the western region of Santa
Catarina. These instruments were collected from the Social Control Site of Santa
Catarina, available in the article. The study was categorized from the content analysis
proposed by Bardin (2009), with the following phases: pre-analysis, material
exploration and treatment of results. Was defined as study categories: The constructionof the management tools and health education: interfaces and distances; Pedagogical
trends and health education practices; National Policy of Food and Nutrition and health
education strategies, a possible dialogue? We can see the fragility of the municipalities
regarding the development of health management tools regarding the methodology
based on documents of PlanejaSUS, and the environment influences deficiency linked
to mention of educational activities, the strategies used in carrying out these, the actors
involved in these practices and consideration or not the individual as a bio psychosocial
that. Then there is the need to expand the looks and theoretical and methodological
perspectives in the direction of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary dialogue,
searching to improve the quality of life and health of the population, indirectly in the
improvement of management tools and, through the qualification of educational
activities in health, transforming these into real moments of dialogue, exchange of
knowledge and learning together.Este estudo tem como objetivo geral compreender as pr?ticas de educa??o em sa?de
voltadas ? promo??o dos estilos saud?veis de vida identificadas nos diferentes
instrumentos de gest?o em sa?de, tomando como base as diretrizes da PNAN. Trata-se
de um estudo documental de natureza qualitativa, tendo como foco de investiga??o os
Planos Municipais de Sa?de (PMS), Relat?rio Anual de Gest?o (RAG) e Plano Anual
de Sa?de (PAS) de 23 munic?pios pertencentes a 5 diferentes Secretarias de
Desenvolvimento Regional (SDR) da regi?o oeste de Santa Catarina. Estes instrumentos
foram coletados na homepage do Controle Social de Santa Catarina, sendo os resultados
categorizados a partir da proposta de An?lise de Conte?do de Bardin. Emergiram como
categorias do estudo: (1) ?A constru??o dos instrumentos de gest?o e a educa??o em
sa?de: interfaces e distanciamentos?; (2) ?Tend?ncias pedag?gicas e pr?ticas de
educa??o em sa?de?; (3) ?Pol?tica Nacional de Alimenta??o e Nutri??o e as estrat?gias de educa??o em sa?de, um di?logo poss?vel??. Percebeu-se dificuldades dos
munic?pios no que diz respeito a elabora??o dos instrumentos de gest?o em sa?de,
distanciando-se da proposta metodol?gica baseada nas premissas do PlanejaSUS, bem
como lacunas relacionadas a men??o das atividades educativas pretendidas e/ou
realizadas, as estrat?gias utilizadas na realiza??o destas, os atores envolvidos nestas
pr?ticas e na considera??o ou n?o do usu?rio do SUS enquanto sujeito. Emerge a
necessidade de expandir os olhares e perspectivas te?rico-metodol?gicas na dire??o do
di?logo interdisciplinar e multiprofissional, buscando a melhoria da qualidade de vida e
sa?de da popula??o, retratadas no aprimoramento destes instrumentos de gest?o, bem
como atrav?s da qualifica??o das atividades educativas em sa?de, transformando estas
em verdadeiros momentos de di?logo, interface de conhecimento e aprendizado
conjunto
