BIT SCIENCE AS AN AGENT OF STATE MANAGEMENT OF INFORMATION PROCESSES OF SCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATIONS

    No full text
The article substantiates the idea that the change in the world economy entails an increase or decrease in the role of the state in regulating the development of science, scientific institutions and scientific and educational institutions. In the first case, the state reserves the authority to create conditions for scientific progress, in the second, social platforms without borders, states and specific responsible subjects form the space of science. The purpose of the article is to review the activities of state-authorized entities / agents (BIT.Nauka) in the field of the research process and its description. BIT.Nauka defines the main goal of its activities in the automation of accounting and control of scientific data for high-quality management of the information process in one of the segments of science: research and educational institutions. In the text, tasks-assessments, objects of activity, stages of collecting and recording data on the activities of subjects, products-solutions of BIT.Science and the results of their application are highlighted. In the conclusion, the results of BIT.Science activities are summarized in accordance with the goal and objectives from the point of view of artificial intelligence as a tool for human development: automation, increasing efficiency and stimulating scientific processes.

Bulk Strain Solitons in Rods, Plates and Shells

Dynamics of basic elements of nonlinearly elastic structures - rods, plates and shells - is studied. We consider the problems of bulk nonlinear elastic wave (strain solitons) generation and observation in these elements in order to show how the waves can be used in various applications, in non-destructive evaluation etc

Bulk Strain Solitons in a Cylindrical Shell

A mathematical model is proposed to describe longitudinal waves in the nonlinearly elastic thin-walled cylindrical shell. In the framework of the model equation of motion for the longitudinal displacement is derived. In the case of the homogeneous shell this equation has the form of the double dispersive equation (DDE) for the linear longitudinal strain component and has a solitary wave solution. Dependence of the parameters of this solution on the elastic and geometric properties of the shell is studied. Results of the experimental observation of the bulk strain soliton in a dust-like shell are presented, and estimation of the wave amplitude and speed is provided. A numerical simulation is performed to study evolution of the strain soliton in a cylindrical shell with variation of cross section

Numerical Simulation of Bulk Solitons in Elongated Shells

A mathematical model, proposed recently to describe longitudinal waves in the nonlinearly elastic thin-walled cylindrical shell, is used to derive an equation for the longitudinal strain component in case of variable geometrical and physical properties of the shell. To solve the Cauchy problem for this equation the finite difference scheme is proposed, that satisfies the conservation laws of “pseudo-mass” and “pseudo-energy” for a solitary wave solution. A numerical simulation, based on this scheme, is performed to study evolution of the strain soliton in a cylindrical shell with variations of both cross section of the shell and the physical properties of the material

Bulk Solitary Waves in Elastic Solids

A short and object oriented conspectus of bulk solitary wave theory, numerical simulations and real experiments in condensed matter is given. Upon a brief description of the soliton history and development we focus on bulk solitary waves of strain, also known as waves of density and, sometimes, as elastic and/or acoustic solitons. We consider the problem of nonlinear bulk wave generation and detection in basic structural elements, rods, plates and shells, that are exhaustively studied and widely used in physics and engineering. However, it is mostly valid for linear elasticity, whereas dynamic nonlinear theory of these elements is still far from being completed. In order to show how the nonlinear waves can be used in various applications, we studied the solitary elastic wave propagation along lengthy wave guides, and remarkably small attenuation of elastic solitons was proven in physical experiments

This study analyzes the main aspects of the formation as irreversible and reversible loss due to road traffic injuries. Analysis of the irreversible losses was based on data from official national statistics on deaths due to accidents in the years 1971-2008, as well as relevant data to WHO. The purpose of this study is to develop a methodology for assessing the avoidable health loss due to traffic injuries as a basis for determining priorities and reserves to reduce health and social consequences of accidents on the major categories of victims.

The article is dedicated to the problem of rational nourishment of nursing mothers. It contains approximate daily set of nutrients and recommended norms of main nutrients and energy intake during lactation. This article also underlines the necessity of enriching women’s diet during lactation with essential functional nutritional factors and thus the possibility of use of enriched products for pregnant and nursing women. Also there’s information about contents of Russian specialized formula «Annamaria — Prima for nursing mothers», its functional properties, as well as our own clinical observations of mothers, who were receiving this formula. Key words: nursing mother’s nourishment, lactation, children. (Voprosy sovremennoi pediatrii — Current Pediatrics. — 2011; 10 (5): 111–116.

Bakunina Regional Clinical Perinatal Center, Tver, Russian Federation 5Saratov Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital, Saratov, Russian Federation Abstract Aim: to assess the efficacy of domestic nutritional treatment products for phenylketonuria (PKU) in children, adults, and pregnant women. Patients and Methods: 46 patients with verified PKU were enrolled in this open-label multicenter prospective non-controlled study. Patients were allocated to the groups depending on nutritional treatment products which were prescribed according to the Clinical Guidelines of the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation. Clinical efficacy of the products was assessed according to the Good Clinical Practice guidelines based on clinical and laboratory tests. Results: all patients taken nutritional treatment products throughout the study. No dyspepsia, abnormal poop, or allergic reactions were reported. Most patients reported on more pleasant smell and odor of the products as compared with the products taken previously. At baseline, mean phenylalanine levels were within normal limits. After the treatment, phenylalanine levels were stable in all patients. Clinical and biochemical tests were within normal limits. Conclusion: dry nutritional treatment products are highly effective in children, adults, and pregnant women with PKU. Keywords: phenylketonuria, specialized food, phenylalanine, mixture, products.
