Strategi Pengembangan Kawasan Agrowisata Rurukan
The purpose of this research is to identify the right strategy in developing Rurukan agro tourism area. The research location was conducted in two urban villages: Rurukan and Rurukan 1, East Tomohon Subdistrict, Tomohon City. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months from November 2016 to January 2017. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data are data taken through direct observation on site, interview with respondents who selected 10 people to fill out the research questionnaire as follows: Government (3 people), namely Lurah Rurukan, Lurah Rurukan One, and Officials of Tomohon City Tourism Office, Community Shop (2 persons) and Tour Manager (5 persons). Secondary data is data obtained from the offices of two urban villages and Tourism Office. The analytical method used SWOT Analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the development strategy of Rurukan agro tourism area is Rapid growth strategy. This development strategy is in accordance with the position of Rurukan area that needs a progeny strategy to support growth, through several strategies that can be implemented, namely: (1) Utilizing some existing tourism object to attract investors so that it can become a growing tourism sector and interest in Tomohon ; (2) utilizing the famous agro tourism with its trademark to become a cultural development area, especially in Tomohon City; (3) utilizing a good soil fertility level in the Rurukan area to be planted with fruits such as strawberries, which are highland fruit trees to be enjoyed by tourists
Solar PV mini-grids versus large-scale embedded PV generation: A case study of Uttar Pradesh (India)

The Publisher's final version can be found by following the DOI link.Despite significant grid expansion during the last decade, globally India has the highest number of people lacking access to electricity. Mini-grid has been suggested as a possible electrification option and the new mini-grid policy of the state of Uttar Pradesh has attracted global attention. Relatedly, the drive for grid extension restricts off-grid areas to very remote locations and enhances the risks for mini-grid projects. Simultaneously, the pledge for increasing renewable energy share in the power supply mix opens the possibility of large-scale embedded renewable energy generation in the rural areas. This paper investigates the viability of solar PV-based mini-grids using a discounted cash flow analysis and considers the UP-policy prescriptions to explore the case of a megawatt (MW)-scale grid-connected solar PV under a power purchase agreement. It identifies the viability support requirements for both cases under different business conditions. It finds that mini-grids are not a viable proposition if the tariff prescribed in UP is used and that other cost minimising support (such as capital subsidy or low interest debt or an output-based subsidy) would be required to attract private investments. Large-scale solar projects, on the other hand, are more viable and can be an attractive proposition for rural electrification in the Indian context
Aplikasi Pembelajaran Tentang Ular Di Indonesia Berbasis Android
Indonesia is the largest archipelago country in the world. Every island in Indonesia has a variety of different biological. Variety of biological diversity in Indonesia is also one of the largest in the world. Various types of flora and fauna which adorn every island in Indonesia into a separate icon for each island. One of the existing biodiversity in Indonesia is the type of snake. Indonesia has approximately 20% of the snakes scattered in every island. Such varieties include size, color, and the level of spreading in Indonesia. For all sorts of information about the snakes that exist today is still fairly quite minimal. Books that discuss the types of snakes are still relatively minimal. As the smartphone now has become part of every society, the book was gradually being abandoned. Therefore, the objective of this research is to create an application that can help provide information about snakes in Indonesia with more ease.In this research, the creation of applications of learning about snakes in Indonesia based on Android, which is one smartphone operating system that is used in many circles. This app has a feature that can help users, especially information about snakes, handling and handle snake bites, as well as a variety of other additional information.Based on the results of the implementation and testing is done, the application can provide information about snakes accompanied by photographs and spreading displayed with a map, a brief description and video handling snake bites and how to handle, question and answer forum for sharing information, as well as the provision of other additional information. With this application users can use the information to increase knowledge
Antimagnetic rotation and sudden change of electric quadrupole transition strength in 143Eu
Lifetimes of the states in the quadrupole structure in 143Eu have been
measured using the Doppler shift attenuation method as well as parity of the
states in the sequence has been firmly identified from polarization measurement
using the Indian National Gamma Array. The decreasing trends of the deduced
quadrupole transition strength B(E2) with spin, along with increasing J (2)
/B(E2) values before band crossing, conclusively establish the origin of these
states as arising out of antimagnetic rotation. The abrupt increase in the
B(E2) values after the band crossing in the quadrupole band, a novel feature
observed in the present experiment, may indicates the crossing of different
shears configurations resulting in re-opening of shears structure. The results
are well reproduced by numerical calculation within the framework of
semi-classical geometric model.Comment: 6 pages, 4 postscript figure
