Legal Support of Reliable Assessment of Human Capital in Expert Activities
The article highlights the main goal of a modern organization - adaptation to the changing conditions of a market economy. This is quite possible when performing a number of procedures in which the manager will be able to preserve the creative potential of experts and develop it in a positive way. Attention is focused on the role of an expert in the context of social responsibility. Human Capital as A Factor of Ensuring Economic Security
The article deals with the issues of human capital management from the standpoint of ensuring economic security. From the position of modern technologies and methods, in order to achieve the competitive status of the agro-industrial complex, it is important to achieve high priorities for the successful management of human capital. The article explores and highlights such components of human capital assessment as staff professionalism, outsourcing, digital models, investment. Attention is focused on the importance of methods for assessing return on investment. It is confirmed that a significant drawback is the underestimation of such indicators as the internal rate of return and the increase in the value of the organization. The data of human capital management in the leading territorial organizations of the Sverdlovsk region are given.В статье рассмотрены вопросы управления человеческим капиталом c позиции обеспечения экономической безопасности. С позиции современных технологий и методов для достижения конкурентного статуса АПК важно достичь высокие приоритеты успешного управления человеческим капиталом. В статье исследованы и выделены такие составляющие оценки человеческого капитала, как профессионализм персонала, аутсорсинг, цифровые модели, инвестирование. Акцентировано внимание на значении методов оценки отдачи от инвестиций. Подтверждается, что, значительным недостатком является недооценка таких показателей как внутренняя норма доходности и прирост ценности организации. Приведены данные управления человеческим капиталом в ведущих территориальных организациях Свердловской области
Epidemiological Features of Pandemic Influenza in Kyrgyzstan due to Influenza A(H1N1)pdm
Relevance. Virological laboratory of the Department of prevention of diseases and Sanitary Inspection Healthcare Ministry f of the Kyrgyz Republic is nominated as the National Centre for Influenza Surveillance and accreditated by WHO, and in 2009 is included into a global network of influenza Goal. The purpose of this study - Assessment of epidemic features of manifestations of pandemic influenza A (H1N1) pdm09 in 2009 on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, as a comparative study of the molecular and genetic characteristics of influenza A virus (H1N1) pdm09, circulating on the territory of the Republic and the influenza virus reference strains recommended WHO for inclusion in the vaccine for the northern hemisphere. Materials and methods. On the basis of long-term retrospective analysis of the incidence of influenza and severe acute respiratory infections (SARI), and sentinel epidemiological surveillance (SS) data studied pandemic especially in Kyrgyzstan due to influenza A(H1N1)pdm09. Comparative molecular genetic characteristics of influenza viruses A(H1N1)pdm09 allocated in Kyrgyzstan, with reference strains recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for inclusion in the vaccine. Results. Overall, the analysis of the results of laboratory tests carried out as part of the routine and sentinel surveillance showed that from January 2009 to March 2010 at 38.8% of those surveyed from among, influenza viruses (at 655 out of 1687) were found. From January to April 2009 in the main circulating influenza A virus (H3N2), which accounted for 55.9 - 77.9% of the number of positive findings. Seasonal influenza A virus (H1N1) was detected in January - February (35.3 and 13.4%, respectively). The share of the flu virus in January accounted for 8%, in March-April - 25%. Not typeable influenza A virus was detected in February in 8.7% of cases. Conclusions. The results of the molecular genetic and virological studies have shown that the influenza pandemic in 2009 in the Republic was due to the spread of pandemic influenza virus A (H1N1) pdm09
Information overload in the information age: a review of the literature from business administration, business psychology, and related disciplines with a bibliometric approach and framework development
In the light of the information age, information overload research in new areas (e.g., social media, virtual collaboration) rises rapidly in many fields of research in business administration with a variety of methods and subjects. This review article analyzes the development of information overload literature in business administration and related interdisciplinary fields and provides a comprehensive and overarching overview using a bibliometric literature analysis combined with a snowball sampling approach. For the last decade, this article reveals research directions and bridges of literature in a wide range of fields of business administration (e.g., accounting, finance, health management, human resources, innovation management, international management, information systems, marketing, manufacturing, or organizational science). This review article identifies the major papers of various research streams to capture the pulse of the information overload-related research and suggest new questions that could be addressed in the future and identifies concrete open gaps for further research. Furthermore, this article presents a new framework for structuring information overload issues which extends our understanding of influence factors and effects of information overload in the decision-making process
