INFLUENCE OF GINKGO BILOBA LEAF EXTRACT EGb 761 IN MONOTHERAPY ON SUBJECTIVE EAR NOISE

The results of treatment by Memoplant drug as monotherapy (120 mg, 2 times a day for 4 months) on the subjective ear noise and hearing function of 40 people are presented. Comprehensive audiological, neurological examination was conducted in the dynamics to all patients as well as the study of mental and emotional status. It is established that on Day 14 of the study, the patients subjectively reported a decrease in the intensity of ear noise. Significant improvement of tolerance to ear noise was recorded on Day 120  of the study. It was noted that the Memoplant effects the psychoemotional status of patients (subjectively reduces anxiety and depression significantly to Day 60 of the study). Side effects have not been identified

Общая характеристика современных дорожно-транспортных происшествий в Одесской области

В статті наведено результати аналізу структури механічної травми, що виникала в результаті ДТП, за ступенями тяжкості, а також причин смертності осіб, що загинули в результаті ДТП по Одеській області за 2013–2016 р.р. Показники аварійності коливаються в межах 130 тис. ДТП щорічно, з яких близько 25 тис. – з постраждалими. За останні 10 років спостерігається тенденція до збільшення питомої ваги тяжких тілесних ушкоджень та ушкоджень середнього ступеню тяжкості. Найбільш частими причинами смерті в ДТП є травма органів грудної та черевної порожнини, кінцівок. Сезонність автомобільної травми проявляється її піковими значеннями у літньо-осінній період. ДТП в цілому – травма, де переважно страждають чоловіки (72,98%).Results of analysis of mechanic injuries’ structure, formed in the result of traffc accident, according to the degree of gravity and causes of the persons’ lethality, who died in the traffc accident, in Odessa region during 2013–2016 years were represented in the article. Indicators of accident rate vary within 130 thousands of traffc accident annually, including 25 thousands – with injured persons. The tendency of specifc gravity increase of severe and moderate degree bodily injuries is observed for the last decade of years. Injury of internal organs of thoracic and abdominal cavity and extremities is the most frequent cause of the death in the case of traffc accident. Seasonality of traffc accident manifests in summer-autumn period. Traffc injury is a trauma, in which predominantly males are injured (72,98%).В статье приведены результаты анализа структуры механической травмы, возникшей в результате ДТП, по степеням тяжести, а также причин смертности лиц, умерших в результате ДТП по Одесской области за 2013–2016 г.г. Показатели аварийности колеблются в пределах 130 тыс. ДТП ежегодно, из которых около 25 тыс. – с пострадавшими. За последние 10 лет отмечается тенденция к увеличению удельного веса тяжких телесных повреждений и повреждений средней степени тяжести. Наиболее частой причиной смерти при ДТП является травма органов грудной и брюшной полостей, конечностей. Сезонность автомобильной травмы проявляется ее пиковыми значениями в летне-осенний период. ДТП в целом – травма, где преимущественно страдают мужчины (72,98%)
