Multiple linear modelling after correction for multiple testing shows OTUs with significantly different relative abundance after extraction with the MoBio kit.
<p>Samples were excluded if all data points for that bacterial family were <0.5%. Reference sample was from patient H3 using either FastDNA method and extracted at the Institute of Medical Sciences. Differences are shown as fold change with 95% confidence intervals.</p
