Long-term thermal stability of high-efficiency polymer solar cells based on photocrosslinkable donor-acceptor conjugated polymers

    Get PDF
Highly efficient polymer solar cells based on novel photocrosslinkable donor–acceptor conjugated polymers are fabricated and their long-term thermal stability is reported. After 72 h of thermal annealing at 150 °C, a stable power conversion efficiency as high as 4.7% is maintained. The control of active layer morphology and device performance through annealing is correlated with the synthetic design of the photocrosslinkable polymer

On the mesomorphism of hydrogen-bonded complexes formed between decyloxystilbazole and phthalic acid

Further investigation of the mesomorphism of hydrogen bonded complexes formed between alkoxystilbazoles and benzenedicarboxylic acids has led to a reinterpretation of the phase behaviour. We have found unexpectedly that the most stable complex is at an equimolar ratio

Supramolecular ferroelectric liquid crystals. Hydrogen-bonded complexes between benzoic acids and chiral stilbazoles

Supramolecular ferroelectric liquid crystalline complexes have been obtained from 4-alkoxybenzoic acids and optically active truns-4-substituted-4-stilbazolesC. hiral smectic C phases are induced by the formation of supramolecular mesogenic structure through the selective intermolecular hydrogen bond between the achiral benzoic acids and the chiral nonmesogenic stilbazoles
