    Diagnostic difficulties in congenital tumor with positive antibodies for skeletal muscle. Lipofibromatosis case report

    Neonatos con Tumores cong茅nitos de partes blandasIntroduction: Congenital soft tissue tumors are uncommon; proper diagnosis calls for histopathological experience and ancillary techniques based upon immunohistochemial, cytogenetic, and molecular biology. Following excision, intermediately aggressive soft tumors tend to local recurrence, which significantly impacts prognosis; some cases occur close to malignity; subsequently, diagnostic implications are enormous for the patient. Case report: A 26-day old neonate with a posterior left thigh mass entered hospital. Initial biopsy analysis could not rule out either striated muscle origin or malignancy; resection and classification of surgical piece followed. Pursuant to resection, using immunohistochemistry panel, tumor analysis and classification took place. Conclusion: Soft tumor diagnosis is a complex process, even more so for newborns. Infrequent occurrence requires that examiners have ample histopathological experience in the handling of ancillary techniques. Furthermore, as in lipofibromatosis, determining the presence of trapped vs. malignant tissue hinders proper classification, which, in turn, has profound implications for the patient.     El presente trabajo de investigaci贸n tuvo como objetivo describir la experiencia laboral de personas en condici贸n de discapacidad cognitiva (PCD) en una empresa de la ciudad de Bogot谩. Para su desarrollo, se utiliz贸 un m茅todo de investigaci贸n narrativo en el cual participaron cinco docentes a quienes se les realiz贸 una entrevista semiestructurada para obtener la informaci贸n sobre las categor铆as de an谩lisis del estudio. Los resultados de investigaci贸n indican que la experiencia laboral de estos docentes tiende a ser satisfactoria y contribuye a realizaciones profesionales y personales. Asimismo, se pudo identificar que los significados que los docentes y terceros hacen de la discapacidad cognitiva tienen una influencia significativa en los procesos de inclusi贸n para las PCD.The objective of this research was to investigate the work experience of teachers of young people with cognitive disabilities (PCD), in a company in the city of Bogot谩. For its development, a narrative research method was used, where five people participated in an in-depth, semi-structured interview, which were carried out to obtain the information presented in this work. The research results indicate that the work experience of these teachers proves to be satisfying and contributes to professional and personal achievement. Likewise, it was possible to identify that the meanings that teachers and third parties make of cognitive disability, has a significant influence on the inclusion processes for PCD.Psic贸logo (a)Pregrad
