    Discriminaci贸n, Calidad de Servicio y Participaci贸n Ciudadana en funcionarios de un Gobierno Local, Lima Metropolitana, 2023

    The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between discrimination, service quality and participation in officials of a local government, metropolitan Lima, 2023. The research sample consisted of 44 workers from the municipality. The quantitative methodology made it possible to collect numerical data that were subsequently analyzed to establish correlations between the variables of interest. The research sample consisted of 44 municipal workers. Three surveys specifically designed for each of the variables under study were used: discrimination, quality of service and citizen participation. These instruments provided valuable information on the perceptions and experiences of municipal officials in relation to these aspects. Among the most notable results, significant patterns were identified in the relationship between discrimination, service quality and participation. These findings highlight the need to address discrimination as an influential factor in service quality and participation of municipal workers. In conclusion, the research highlights the importance of implementing concrete measures to mitigate discrimination, improve the quality of service and encourage greater participation of officials in local government. These results offer valuable insights to inform labor practices and internal policies, thus contributing to building a more inclusive and efficient municipal environment.La presente investigaci贸n tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relaci贸n entre la discriminaci贸n, la calidad de servicio y la participaci贸n en funcionarios de un gobierno local, Lima metropolitana, 2023. La muestra de la investigaci贸n consisti贸 en 44 trabajadores de la municipalidad. La metodolog铆a cuantitativa permiti贸 recopilar datos num茅ricos que, posteriormente, fueron analizados para establecer correlaciones entre las variables de inter茅s. Se utilizaron tres encuestas espec铆ficamente dise帽adas para cada una de las variables bajo estudio: discriminaci贸n, calidad de servicio y participaci贸n ciudadana. Estos instrumentos proporcionaron informaci贸n valiosa sobre las percepciones y experiencias de los funcionarios municipales en relaci贸n con estos aspectos. Entre los resultados m谩s destacados, se identificaron patrones significativos en la relaci贸n entre discriminaci贸n, calidad de servicio y participaci贸n. Estos hallazgos subrayan la necesidad de abordar la discriminaci贸n como un factor influyente en la calidad de servicio y la participaci贸n de los trabajadores municipales. En conclusi贸n, la investigaci贸n destaca la importancia de implementar medidas concretas para mitigar la discriminaci贸n, mejorar la calidad de servicio y fomentar una mayor participaci贸n de los funcionarios en el gobierno local.     Introducci贸n: Muchas personas desconocen las nuevas estrategias en salud como la telemedicina (TM), que han desarrollado hace tiempo los pa铆ses de primer mundo y recientemente en Am茅rica Latina; su implementaci贸n permite un mejor acceso a consultas m茅dicas especialmente a usuarios que radican en zonas alejadas, de dif铆cil acceso o que se trate de un inminente contagio como el caso del covid-19, donde los usuarios demandan una atenci贸n inmediata; siendo 茅stos casos en los cuales se determina los inconvenientes y los avances al brindar los nuevos m茅todos de servicio de salud como la TM. Objetivo: Determinar la evoluci贸n de la TM mediante la implementaci贸n de normas en el sector salud para desarrollarla en forma eficaz y eficiente en Per煤 y pa铆ses Latinoamericanos. Materiales y m茅todos: Mediante equipos de c贸mputo se realiz贸 una investigaci贸n explorativa cualitativa, a trav茅s de la revisi贸n de la normatividad Peruana y art铆culos cient铆ficos publicados en la base de datos de Scielo, Pubmed, Elsevier, Google Acad茅mico y la observaci贸n. Resultados: Se aprecia que en Per煤 se implementaron normas de salud para mejorar cada vez m谩s la TM a trav茅s del uso de la Tecnolog铆a de la Informaci贸n y la Comunicaci贸n (TIC), evidenciando un gran avance en TM a partir del a帽o 2020, con la finalidad de mitigar la pandemia del covid-19 de la misma manera que aconteci贸 en otros pa铆ses de Am茅rica Latina. No obstante, no se alcanzaron los resultados esperados debido al bajo presupuesto destinado, fallas en las redes inform谩ticas y por desconocimiento del paciente. Conclusiones: La TM en Per煤 y en los pa铆ses de Latino Am茅rica ha evolucionado en forma significativa gracias al uso de la TIC; sin embargo, a煤n se carece de una 贸ptima gesti贸n administrativa, que dificulta la TM oportuna y eficiente. SUMMARY Introduction: Many people are unaware of new health strategies such as telemedicine (TM), which has been developed long ago by first world countries and recently in Latin America; its implementation allows better access to medical consultations, especially for users who live in remote areas, difficult access or that it is an imminent contagion as in the case of covid-19, where users demand immediate attention; these being cases in which determines the drawbacks and advances to provide new methods of health services such as TM. Objective: To determine the evolution of the TM through the implementation of standards in the health sector to develop it in effectively and efficiently in Peru and Latin American countries. Materials and methods: Using computer equipment, a qualitative exploratory research was carried out, through the review of Peruvian regulations and scientific articles published in the Scielo database, Pubmed, Elsevier, Google Scholar and observation. Results: It is appreciated that in Peru health standards were implemented for improve the TM more and more through the use of Information Technology and the Communication (ICT), evidencing a great advance in TM from the year 2020, with the purpose of mitigating the covid-19 pandemic in the same way that it happened in other Latin American countries. However, the results were not expected due to the low budget allocated, failures in computer networks and due to the patient's ignorance. Conclusions: MT in Peru and in the countries of Latin America has evolved significantly thanks to the use of ICT; without However, optimal administrative management is still lacking, which makes TM difficult timely and efficient

    Tele-education and adaptive behavior with autism spectrum disorder, in children from 1 to 5 years old

    This research aims to determine the relationship between tele-education and adaptive behavior in autism spectrum disorder in children aged 1 to 5 years. To do this, a cross-sectional, descriptive and correlative non-experimental design study was carried out, the study population consisted of 120 people, and the sample was of a non-probabilistic census type. For data collection, a tele-education survey and an adaptive behavior survey were produced, both with high levels of reliability. Statistical treatment included connection tables, bar graph, analysis and interpretation. For validation, we used Spearman's confirmation coefficient, Rs=0.730, which shows a high positive confirmation with p=0.003. Therefore, it is concluded that in the National Institute of Rehabilitation-Chorrillos there is a significant relationship between tele-education and adaptive behavior in children from 1 to 5 years old
