Erie County Industrial Development Agency
The ECIDA is a public benefit corporation created by the New York State Legislature for the purpose of attracting and retaining private sector business development in Erie County. That development creates local job opportunities and improves the overall economic environment for the people of Erie County
New York State Campaign Finance Laws
Campaign finance laws govern how political candidates raise and spend monies for their elections. In general, there are three ways in which states regulate campaign finance: (1) disclosure, (2) contribution limits, and (3) public financing. Disclosure requires a candidate to disclose campaign-related contribution receipts as well as expenditures. Expenditures can include anything from advertising material to travel expenses. Contribution Limits restrict the amount of money that an individual or other entity (corporation, partnership, etc.) can contribute to a candidate or political party. Public Financing can take many forms, but, generally speaking, it is a voluntary program that allows a candidate to receive public money in exchange for abiding by spending and fundraising limits
Markov Processes with Identical Bridges
Let X and Y be time-homogeneous Markov processes with common state space E,
and assume that the transition kernels of X and Y admit densities with respect
to suitable reference measures. We show that if there is a time t>0 such that,
for each x\in E, the conditional distribution of (X_s)_{0 < s < t}, given X_0 =
x = X_t, coincides with the conditional distribution of (Y_s)_{0 < s < t},
given Y_0 = x = Y_t, then the infinitesimal generators of X and Y are related
by [L^Y]f = \psi^{-1}[L^X](\psi f)-\lambda f, where \psi is an eigenfunction of
L^X with eigenvalue \lambda. Under an additional continuity hypothesis, the
same conclusion obtains assuming merely that X and Y share a ``bridge'' law for
one triple (x,t,y). Our work entends and clarifies a recent result of I.

On a result of D.W. Stroock
We show how to modify an argument of D. W. Stroock to show that an additive
map from one separable Banach space to another, that is "universally Gaussian
measurable", must be continuous (hence linear)
Market trends
A very large segment of the over water, long haul passenger market, 31% of the passengers who provide 42% of the passenger revenue, offers a significant market for an advanced supersonic transport. This is for both the first class and full-fare economy passenger markets. The supersonic transport may be more competitive here in spite of lower costs of subsonic transports, as passenger preference is a more powerful variable than DOC. This latter fact was amply demonstrated in the late fifties when the jets completely replaced the reciprocating engine transports on most world routes, in spite of slightly higher fares
