    Judul dari penelitian ini adalah Optimalisasi Perlindungan Anak Melalui Penetapan Hukuman Kebiri. Hukuman kebiri merupakan reaksi dari banyaknya kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak. Permasalahan dalam tulisan ini adalah apakah hukum kebiri merupakan wujud optimalisasi dalam perlindungan anak sesuai dngan amanat Konstitusi Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 serta Bagaimana serta bagaimana kedudukan pelaksanaan hukuman Kebiri dalam Hukum pidana. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Analisa yang didapatkan yaitu hukuman kebiri adalah hukuman yang memberikan efek jera juga memberikan ketakutan sehingga tidak akan lagi melakukan perbuatannya.Hukuman kebiri terhadap pelaku kejahatan seksual tidak hanya dengan hukuman tersebut namun juga dengan pemberian sangsi terhadap pelanggaran norma agama dan norma kesusilaa

    ; Each leader has an essentially different behavior in the lead or is often called a leadershipstyle. The success of an organization supported by the role of a leader with influence in his leadershipstyle. Issues questionable in this study is the extent to which the influence of leadership styles to themotivation of civil servants working in the service of Energy Mineral resources of North Sulawesi.The methods used in this research is quantitative methods. The subject of this research is the civilservant at the Department of Energy Mineral resources of North Sulawesi. Research samples taken asmany as 20 people. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is alinear regression analysis and correlation of product moment.Results of the analysis of the data indicates that the regression coefficient of the variable (X) is theleadership style of work motivation of civil servants (Y) is real and positive correlation coefficients as wellas determination and is in the category are.Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the leadership styles influence positivelythe work motivation of civil servants, meaning that leadership style is one of the factors that determine thework motivation of civil servants.Based on the conclusions of the suggested: (1) the need for the role of the leadership to creategood communication between employees and management; (2) leaders need to give more attention toemployees who have good working performance; (3) leaders need to apply participatory leadership style inorder to create a harmonious cooperation, fosters loyalty and participation of employees

    Hubungan Kepribadian Tipe-d Dengan Koping Klien Akne Vulgaris Di Jurusan Keperawatan Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Manado

    ; This study aims to identify the relationship of type-D personality with clients coping acne vulgaris. The research method using descriptive analytic cross sectional design, the 120 respondents polytechnic nursing students of Department of Health MoH Manado, period study from April to July 2014. The instrument used was a questionnaire-type-D personality and coping questionnaire. Univariad analysis using frequency distributions are presented in tables and bivariate analysis using Chi-Square. The results of Chi-square analysis with significance level of 95% at α 5% (α = 0.05), obtained by X ² = 13.308 with p (asypm.sig) = 0.000, <0.005, means that there is a significant association between type-D personality in coping clients of acne vulgaris. Conclusion: Type-D personality proved significantly associated with clients coping acne vulgaris, and individuals with a type-D personality tend to have maladaptive coping. Suggestion: the need for student research development of type-D personality and motivation in facing the problem of acne vulgaris

    The aim of this research are to find and analyze the working performance in Library Office Archives and Documentation at North Sulawesi Province. This research used qualitative method, data were collected by interview and library study. There were ten informants. The data collected were about librarian working performance evaluation then they were analyzed through data triangulation and data reduction. The result showed that the working performance evaluation in Library Office Archives and Documentation at North Sulawesi Province did not run maximal. There are rare of the librarians who graduated from librarian institute and information technology. Irrelevant library collection condition to present day, manual circulation and information tracking tool, and librarian less professionalism were the barriers
