    Konsep maqasid syariah bertujuan untuk mendidik individu, menciptakan keadilan dan kemaslahatan. Untuk mencapai tujuan mendidik individu, dilakukan suatu pengukuran melalui elemen pendidikan, penelitian, pelatihan dan publikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi pengembangan pengetahuan, peningkatkan keterampilan baru,dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kinerja maqasid syariah ditinjau dari tujuan mendidik individu. Dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja maqasid perbankan syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah lima Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) di Indonesia dan lima perbankan syariah di Malaysia. Teknik penyampelan yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Untuk menguji pengaruh elemen-elemen terhadap kinerja maqasid syariah, dilakukan dengan pengujian analisis regresi berganda, dan uji beda independent sample t test digunakan untuk menguji perbedaan kinerja maqasid perbankan syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif pengembangan pengetahuan, peningkatkan keterampilan baru, menciptakan kesadaran masyarakat akan keberadaan entitas syariah terhadap maqasid syariah. Kemudian, terdapat perbedaan kinerja maqasid perbankan syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia

    Prepaid card Indosat IM3 is widely used by costumers to communicate. The many providers of SIM card results in the expectation of the provider to have loyal customers that will not switch to the other providers. The result of this research demonstrates that the variable of customer value and switching barrier have significant and positive impact toward customer loyalty; customer loyalty significantly influences brandswitching.The researcher suggests the followings to the company: (a) improving customer value by improving the benefit of the product by offering new inovative product with high speed access and lower error rate, (b) increasing the barrier to brandswitching by, for example, providing higher value product compared to that of the competitor, (c) creating cost barrier which is different from the competitor\u27s and having a variety of products offered to the customers; (d) increasing customers\u27 loyalty by providing products or service that meets customers\u27 need and creating harmonious relationship between the customers and the service provider. Kartu Prabayar Indosat IM3 banyak digunakan oleh pelanggan untuk berkomunikasi. Banyak provider yang menawarkan produkkepada konsumen melalui kartu SIM, sehingga penyedia jasa selain mengharapkan pelanggan yang sudah ada memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi, juga hambatan beralih yang tinggi untuk berpindah ke operator lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel nilai pelanggan dan hambatan berpindah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek. Peneliti menyarankan Perusahaan untuk: (a) meningkatkan nilai pelanggan melalui peningkatan manfaat produk dengan memberikan tawaran produk baru yang inovatif, kecepatan akses yang tinggi, dan tingkat kesalahan semakin kecil; (b) meningkatkan hambatan berpindah pelanggan antara lain adalah produk yang mampu memberikan nilai lebih tinggi bagi pelanggan dibanding pesaing; (c) menciptakan hambatan biaya yang berbeda dengan provider pesaing, memiliki keanekaragaman produk yang ditawarkan kepada pelanggan; (d) peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan dengan cara memberikan produk atau jasa sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan dan menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis di antara pelanggan dengan provider penyedia jasa

    Developing Computer–Based Instructional Media for English Speaking Skill at Senior High School

    This research aimed at developing computer-based instructional media using Adobe Flash for the tenth graders'English speaking skill material. The studyemployed research and development method. The results showed (1) the product is a computer-based instructional media in a combined format of tutorial and drilling facilitating semiinteractive learning consisting of thanking, complimenting, congratulating, surprise and disbelief materials; (2) the expert validation showed that the product quality in terms of media is categorized very good (4.51) and in terms of the material and instructionalare categorized good (3.91). The results of the field trials showed that the quality of the product in terms of material, media, and instructional is categorized very good (4.32). The results were obtained monthly discharge based predictionWMS 1,32-24,7 m3/sec, which the lowest discharge in September and the highest in February. Crop water requirements,shortage ofwaterf or 7months (May-November). Utilization of the damme driverwater at the weir Pamukkulucan supply these needs, with a surplus of water, 0,1-3,85m3/sec/month
