    Membumikan Zakat: Dari Taabbudi Menuju Taaqquli

    Zakat is worship Maliyah ijtimaiyyah. This means that in addition to a religious charity that is vertical (habl min Allah), as well as horizontal (habl min al-nas). As a worship that is vertical, including worship mahdhah charity that does not receive a “discussion” (gair qobil li al-niqas). Therefore, the consequences will lose their elan vital charity and experiencing stagnant, despite the fact that charity has a very big opportunity in improving the welfare of Muslims, especially the poor. Seeing a huge opportunity zakat, the alms should not only be placed in positions that are ta\u27abbudi mahdhah worship only, but also put in a position that is ta\u27aqquli muamalah. With zakat placed on ta\u27aqquli position, then the development and utilization of zakat will be conducted in accordance with the circumstances and conditions so that truly righteous era wa li kulli eat, either in relation to expensive al-zakah/wi ‘a al-zakah (object subject zakat), mustahiq al-zakah (the person entitled to receive zakat), and the pattern of distribution of zakat. Zakat adalah ibadah Maliyah ijtimaiyyah. Artinya bahwa zakat disamping merupakan ibadah yang bersifat vertikal (habl min Allah), juga bersifat horizontal (habl min al-nas). Sebagai ibadah yang bersifat vertikal, zakat termasuk ibadah mahdhah yang tidak menerima “diskusi” (gair qobil li al-niqas). Oleh karena itu, maka konsekuensinya zakat akan kehilangan elan vitalnya dan mengalami stagnan, meskipun sebenarnya zakat mempunyai peluang yang sangat besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat Islam, terutama fakir miskin. Melihat peluang zakat yang sangat besar tersebut, maka zakat mestinya tidak hanya ditempatkan pada posisi ibadah mahdhah yang bersifat ta\u27abbudi semata, akan tetapi diletakkan juga pada posisi muamalah yang bersifat ta\u27aqquli. Dengan ditempatkannya zakat pada posisi ta\u27aqquli, maka pengembangan dan pendayagunaan zakat akan bisa dilaksanakan sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi sehingga betul-betul shalih li kulli zaman wa makan, baik menyangkut mahal al-zakah/wi\u27a al-zakah (obyek yang dikenai zakat), mustahiq al-zakah (orang yang berhak menerima zakat), maupun pola distribusi zakat

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Kenyataan bahwa pembelajaran matematika di berbagai jenjang pendidikan di Indonesia yang cenderung menggunakan paradigma lama sehingga hasil belajar peserta didik bisa dikatakan kurang memuaskan. Padahal di era kemajuan teknologi seperti sekarang ini dukungan software-software grafis sangat melimpah dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematik peserta didik. Dalam hal ini salah satu software yang dapat digunakan adalah software mathematica. Software ini dapat digunakan antara lain untuk melakukan komputasi matematika, baik untuk perhitungan numerik maupun simbolik; visualisasi grafik fungsi dimensi-dua dan dimensi-tiga; pemprograman, pemodelan matematika dan simulasi; dan analisis statistik dan visualisasi data dalam bentuk tabel dan?é?á grafik. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester V Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FPMIPA IKIP PGRI Semarang Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang mengikuti mata kuliah Aljabar, terdiri dari dua kelompok sampel dengan sampling secara acak kelompok (cluster random), dengan perincian satu kelas sebagai kelompok eksprimen dan satu kelas sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pada kelompok eksperimen diberikan pembelajaran dengan bantuan software mathematica, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mendapatkan pembelajaran ekspositori. Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar terhadap kedua kelompok penelitian tersebut diberikan tes awal (pretes) dan tes akhir (postes), dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas mahasiswa selama pembelajaran dengan bantuan software mathematica, terhadap siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dilakukan pengamatan selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar matematik mahasiswa secara signifikan melalui pembelajaran dengan pendekatan open-ended. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, kualitas aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran dengan pendekatan open-ended sangat baik dalam aspek kegiatan yang relevan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar matematik mahasiswa yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan bantuan software mathematica lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran ekspositori. ?é?

    This study aims to determine the validity of the development of physics-oriented learning device inquiry approach on thermodynamic materials class XI SMA based on curriculum 2013. Development of tools such as RPP, LKPD and test results learning. The research used in the form of observation method using validation instrument validated by validator, namely 2 lecturers physics FKIP UR and 2 people high school physics teacher. Stages of development of this device starts from the preliminary study, device planning, device development, validation-1, device enhancement, validation-2, and obtained the average number of active results. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, the development of learning tools is valid with the average validity of RPP is 3,25 categories are very high, LKPD is 3,19 categories are high and test result of learning 3,25 with very high category, So that the device is feasible to be used as learning device in school

    Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (Lks) Non-eksperimen Hukum Gravitasi Newton

    The aim of this research is to develop non-experimental student worksheet in Newtonian gravity. This research was conducted starting from May until June 2017. It is reasearch and development classification using ADDIE model without the implementation level. The subject was Newtonian gravity in the 10th grade, 2nd semester, senior high school physics subject. The research was conducted by analyzing the curriculum of physics subject in senior high school associated with Newtonian gravity, mapping the student worksheet assignment which fits to the curriculum, and the worksheet which was arranged and developed based on the planning above. The prototype of the worksheet was produced and then validated by the experts such as three physics lecturers and two physics senior high school teachers. The aspect of validation which has been assessed was the feasibility of presentment, content, and languange. After gaining the feedback from the experts, the worksheet was then edited, revised, and validated. The result of this research was analysed descriptively. According to the data, it can be concluded that the student worksheet which has been developed entirely has been catagorized as \u27very high\u27 and \u27valid\u27. The result of validation from presentmen feasibility respectively was 3.59; 3.67; 3.75; 3.70, the content feasibility showed, 3.64; 3.65; 3.65; 3.63 , and the languange feasibility was gained in the number of 3.62; 3.62; 3.54, and 3.40

    Abstrack: This study aims to determine the percentage of the national exam physics category Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and know the high-level thinking skills of students in completing the national exam Physics. The method used in this research is descriptive with the type of content or document analysis. The subject of this research is a class XII student with the number 129. The data obtained in this study a matter of Physics 2016 percentage categorized HOTS are analyzed using indicators about by A. Thomas and G. Thorne as well as data analysis of high-level thinking skills of students in the national exam physics obtained through answer students' work on the problems. Based on data analysis can be concluded that the national exam physics is capable of measuring high-level thinking skills of students on average are less well categorized

    Tujuan peneitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan atau menjelaskan bagaimana pandangan Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) dan Muhammadiyah tentang penerapan hukum bunga bank di Sulawesi Selatan. metode penelitian yang dimalai dari 1) Rancangan Penelitian, 2) Data Dan Sumber Data, 3) Teknik Pengumpulan Data, 4) Teknis Analisis Data hasil penelitian bahwa NU Sulawesi Selatan menggunkan bank syariah itu belum sepenuhnya dan belum ada intruksi khusus dari pusat untuk menggunakan bank syariah, hal ini berbeda dari hasil muktamar NU yang sudah jelas-jelas mengharamkan bunga bank itu artinya ini merupakan intruksi khusus kepada kader NU untuk menggunkan bank syariah. sedangkan Muhammadiyah wilayah Sulawesi Selatan maka disimpulkan bahwa Muhammadiyah sangat memegan teguh putusan yang telah ditetapkan dan setiap amal USAha dan orton harus mengikuti keputusan pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah

    Implementasi Pembelajaran Kontekstual Model React pada Materi Fluida Dinamis untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMA Kelas XI

    This research aimed to find out the improvement of the students motivation learning physic by applying REACT model of Contextual learning.This pre-experimental research used one group pretest and posttest design. There were 35 students of clas XI IPA I SMA Negeri 7 Pekanbaru have participated in this research. We used modification ARCS question one of motivation as instrument in collecting data, before and after treatment. The data were analyzed descriptive by using N-Gain. From the data, we found that N-Gain score in high category for all indicators. And, we can conclude that REACT model have improved students motivation in learning physis especially for class XI IPA I students of SMA Negeri 7 Pekanbaru

    Analisis Miskonsepsi Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Fisika Materi Fluida Statis Menggunakan Metode Certain of Response Index (Cri) Di Sman 7 Pekanbaru

    This study aims to determine the misconception experienced by students in physics learning on static fluid material using Certain of Response Index (CRI) method at SMAN 7 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted from March to July 2017 with the subject of research is all students of class X in SMAN 7 Pekanbaru as many as 106 students. The type of research conducted is survey research. In this study, the data obtained were primary data and the instruments used to measure student misconceptions on static fluid materials were misconception tests. This misconception test consists of 20 items of multiple choice and is accompanied by CRI columns for each answer. CRI value shows the level of confidence of students in answering questions. The data have been analyzed descriptively. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the mean misconception of students on static fluid material was 42%, with misconceptions on each of the static fluid submissions such as hydrostatic pressure, Pascal\u27s law, Archimedes law and surface tension, respectively: 41% 42%, 46% and 38%. Thus it can be concluded that the misconception experienced by the students of class X of SMAN 7 Pekanbaru on static fluid material is still quite high and the highest percentage of student misconception is found in the submateri Archimedes law
