Until recently, the search engine did not understand what exactly was depicted in the photo, which it gave out in the results, but only focused on the words that were found in the text next to this image or that were written in its alt or title attributes (img tag). Modern algorithms of search engines allow finding not only text files, and files marked with text tags, but also similar images. For these purposes, there are several services on the supply chain of network. Search by the user of the Internet of all images from one series or search for an analogue of an object on a photo by driving words into the search string will not be successful. Currently, search on the sample image (photos or any other image) is supported by both search engines leading in Russia - Google and Yandex. But as an alternative, there are services that structure the Internet for easy retrieval of information that the user needs. And at the moment there are social bookmarks, catalogs, torrent trackers, forums, specialized search engines, file sharing. The authors implemented a program that will take a link to the image at the input, and in return give a response from the API in json format

Metaphorization of mythonyms as the way of a person secondary nomnation in the Siberian dialects of tatar language

The problems of scientific research is related to the issues of mythonyms metaphorization as the way of a person secondary nomination in the national dialects of the Tatar language. The field records of a distinctive dialect speech of Siberian Tatars living in the Tyumen region and recorded in 2014 were used as a research material. The semantic content was analyzed concerning the following language units: albasty, aurak, alamatse, yelbegan, matsgay, kupkyn, pitsen. These mythonyms are the elements of Siberian Tatars pagan worldview. The preserved views about the mythical characters demonstrate the "live" processes of culture formation and development in respect of the Tatar population in Western Siberia. In particular, the image of "albasty" is found in many cultures of the Turkic and non Turkic peoples and the image of "alamatse" is found only among the Siberian Tatars. However, each image has its own special interpretation in the outlook of an entire nation as well as of a particular locality people. That is why the language material is strictly differentiated by geographical distribution. The analyzed lexemes, which are the product of metaphor, are not actually described in lexicographical practice. Finally we have come to the conclusion that the basis of a word figurative meaning is the collective image of the mythical character or a specific symptom, such as an appearance, for example. The use of mythology nominative means in their new function of naming structure promotes the development of a word polysemantic structure. The negative connotation is preserved between the values of the same lexeme. The range of research results application is quite wide: from further scientific studies of the secondary nomination of a man in a dialect space of the Tatar language to the reconstruction of the linguistic world image during the preQuranic era

An open comparative prospective observational study in parallel groups (12 weeks) included 96 people, 65 patients with mild papulo-pustular acne and a control group of 30 healthy individuals. Group I received 15% azelaic acid gel +1% clindamycin gel, group II – benzoyl peroxide gel + clindamycin. The number of acne elements, morphofunctional indicators of the facial skin, side effects were recorded.Results. As a result of treatment, the indicators of sebumetry significantly decreased: in group I in the T-zone 47.5 ± 11.3 units (p = 0.043) and in the U-zone 57.5 ± 6.3 units (p = 0.037), and in group II in the T-zone 37.1 ± 5.8 units (p = 0.015) and in the U-zone 48.7 ± 5.6 units (p = 0.027). The pore sizes decreased significantly: in group I in the T-zone 0.052 ± 0.010 mm (p = 0.046) and in the U-zone 0.054 ± 0.009 mm (p = 0.049), and in group II in the T-zone 0.039 ± 0.011 mm (p = 0.064) and in the U-zone 0.047 ± 0.013 mm (p = 0.041). In patients in group I, pigmentation indicators in the T-zone of 17.0 ± 2.8 units (p < 0.001) and the U-zone of 17.0 ± 2.8 units (p = 0.048) were normalized. In patients in both groups, there was a significant (p >< 0.05) decrease in the number of papulopustules.>˂ 0.001) and the U-zone of 17.0 ± 2.8 units (p = 0.048) were normalized. In patients in both groups, there was a significant (p ˂ 0.05) decrease in the number of papulopustules.Conclusion. When comparing the results of therapy with 15% azelaic acid gel + 1% clindamycin gel and benzoyl peroxide + adapalene for mild papulopustular acne, comparable efficacy and safety were revealed

© 2018, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection is tightly associated with gastrointestinal disorders such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric MALToma, and gastric cancer. Decreased antibiotic susceptibility in H. pylori is a worldwide problem. Our objective was to determine in vitro antimicrobial susceptibility of H. pylori isolates obtained from gastric mucosa biopsies of children with H. pylori-associated gastroduodenal diseases using disk-diffusion method. A total 76 biopsy specimens were studied; antibiotic susceptibility was assessed in case of 30 children in whom H. pylori was revealed by bacteriology. The maximum resistance of H. pylori isolates was revealed to clarithromycin with nine resistant isolates (30.0%). The rate of resistance to metronidazole, amoxicillin, furazolidone, tetracycline, and levofloxacin was 23.3, 33.3, 16.7, 25.0, and 16.7%, respectively. Multidrug resistance was detected in 20.0% of H. pylori strains. The high prevalence of resistance to antibiotics used in eradication therapy is becoming a problem which needs eradication therapy regimen use based on regional H. pylori resistance rates

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is used to obtain a wide range of materials for various purposes. High demand of PVC is explained by possibility to modify polyvinyl chloride and produce broad range of materials with improved properties as well as to have cost efficient ratio: productivity, available raw materials, saving of natural resources. However, under normal temperature polyvinyl chloride is brittle and inelastic, that limits the fields of PVC application. The production of basic PVC compositions is impossible without plasticizers – low-molecular compounds that allow direct regulating physical and mechanical properties of polymer. Production of plasticizers became one of the most important branch of petrochemical industry. Recently, however, the range and production of plasticizers have drastically decreased due to the increased cost, which reduced the competitiveness of plasticized PVC products. Therefore, the expansion of plasticizer variety for PVC is a strategic task of great practical significance. The present work describes synthesis methods of esters on the basis of oxyalkylated alcohols suggested as polyvinyl chloride plasticizers. Physico-chemical properties of synthesized compounds were studied. Conditions for their production with maximum outcome were selected. The results of experiments in which obtained compounds were tested as additives in the plasticization of PVC showed that the obtained samples of cable plastic, adhesive PVC tapes and multi-layered polyvinyl chloride linoleum satisfy all the technical requirements by the main indicators: cable plastic compound – GOST 5960-72 with amendment 1-9; a PVC adhesive tape – Technical Conditions – 2245-001-00203312-2003; multilayered linoleum – GOST 7251-77. According to the experimental results, phthalates of oxyalkylated alcohols possess rather high efficiency as plasticizers of polyvinyl chloride and are recommended for use in the above-mentioned industrial PVC recipe

Serum cytokine signature that discriminates Helicobacter pylori positive and negative juvenile gastroduodenitis

© 2016 Khaiboullina, Abdulkhakov, Khalikova, Safina, Martynova, Davidyuk, Khuzin, Faizullina, Lombardi, Cherepnev and Rizvanov.Gastroduodenitis caused by H. pylori, often acquired in early childhood, is found in about 50% of the adult population. Although H. pylori infections can remain asymptomatic, its virulence factors usually trigger epithelial vacuolization and degeneration, loss of microvilli, disintegration of cytoplasm, and leukocyte accumulation. It is believed that leukocyte infiltration is driven by cytokines produced locally in infected tissue. However, so far little is known about changes in serum cytokines in juvenile patients infected with H. pylori. Serum cytokine profiles were analyzed in 62 juvenile patients diagnosed with gastroduodenitis using the Bio-Plex multiplex assay. H. pylori infection was confirmed in 32 patients, while 30 patients were H. pylori-free. Cytokines CXCL5 and CXCL6, potent neutrophil chemoattractants, were upregulated in all patients diagnosed with gastroduodenitis. Serum levels of IL8, a prototype neutrophil attractant, remained unchanged in subjects with gastroduodenitis relative to controls. Therefore, our data suggest that CXCL5 and CXCL6 play a role in directing neutrophil trafficking into inflamed gastroduodenal tissue. In addition, the CCL25/GM-CSF ratio differed significantly between H. pylori-positive and -negative juveniles. Further, study is needed to evaluate the role of CCL25 and GM-CSF in the pathogenesis of the different etiologies of gastroduodenitis
