The article discusses the solution of the problem of social factors of natural human needs through analysis of sales of main animal products. The driving force behind the development of any society is the social factor. The basis of allocation of the social factor is such a connection of social facilities, in which some of them (the reasons) under certain conditions, with the need to generate other social objects or their properties (the investigation). As factors of social acts, first of all, the activities of people to warrant the ultimate diversity of social life. The role of the factor of social performs a variety of material and spiritual education: needs, manufacturing, social institutions, organizations, property Wednesday, interests, values, opinions, orientation, installation people, etc. The work is devoted to an actual problem of sociology, social factor of natural human needs - needs in food. Human needs are diverse and have different importance. Need - is the objective condition for normal human existence. However, a person is multidimensional: it has elements of functioning without which human existence is not possible (working heart, brain, stomach, etc.), and there are those that cause discomfort, but not fatal. The work involves the analysis and forecasting of market of meat products in the Russian Federation: multiple regression, and ARIMA seasonal decomposition model. The Russian economic theory of consumption issues involved in such scholars as V.M.Ageev, Yu.V.Borozdin, K.K.Valtuh, Yu.N.Ivanov, V.A.Inozemtsev, A.I.Ponomarev, VT .Smirnov, S.S.Shatalin and others. of great importance for the study of the socio-economic aspects of consumption are research scientists such as E.M.Agababyan, G.V.Bachinsky, V.G.Grebennikov, V.E.Komarov, N.A.Kostyashkin, A.I.Levin, G.I.Latysheva, M.A.Mozhina, B.M.Mochalov, V.S.Nemchinov, O.I.Ozherelev, M.P.Osadko, K.I.Ostrovityaninov, N.S.Perekalina, OS Pchelintcev, V.V.Radaev, NM Rimashevskaya, I.I.Stolyarov, I.G.Stepanov, K.P.Tronev, U.G.Chernyavsky, N.I.Shehet. All rights reserved. The article analyzes the results of forming the professional competence of future IT professionals of the Applied Information Science in Economics at the Naberezhnye Chelny Institute of the Kazan Federal University (NCHI KFU). The mathematical modeling methods, main provisions of mathematical statistics, optimization methods, apparatus of multidimensional scaling and qualimetric estimation, theories of high school education and bringing-up process management were selected as the methods of the study. A comprehensive simulation model for forming the professional competence of future IT professionals of Applied Information Science in Economics in view of the interaction of the main technological processes based on the IDEF0 technology (function modeling (IDEF=ICAM Definition),ICAM= Integrated Computer Aided Manufacturing) and integrated estimation of functioning efficiency of the professional competence formation system for future IT professionals of Applied Information Science in Economics characterized by the possibility of estimating on several indicators of adequacy and sufficiency of the analyzed competence are represented. In analyzing the data new results of scientific and practical importance in the field of mathematical modeling and education were obtained - mathematical diagnostics models for professional competence formation results

© 2017, Pleiades Publishing, Inc. For the first time, nanoengineered polymeric capsules and their architecture have been studied with coherent X-ray diffraction imaging technique. The use of coherent X-ray diffraction imaging technique allowed us to analyze the samples immersed in a liquid. We report about the significant difference between polymeric capsule architectures under dry and liquid conditions

© 2018, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection is tightly associated with gastrointestinal disorders such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric MALToma, and gastric cancer. Decreased antibiotic susceptibility in H. pylori is a worldwide problem. Our objective was to determine in vitro antimicrobial susceptibility of H. pylori isolates obtained from gastric mucosa biopsies of children with H. pylori-associated gastroduodenal diseases using disk-diffusion method. A total 76 biopsy specimens were studied; antibiotic susceptibility was assessed in case of 30 children in whom H. pylori was revealed by bacteriology. The maximum resistance of H. pylori isolates was revealed to clarithromycin with nine resistant isolates (30.0%). The rate of resistance to metronidazole, amoxicillin, furazolidone, tetracycline, and levofloxacin was 23.3, 33.3, 16.7, 25.0, and 16.7%, respectively. Multidrug resistance was detected in 20.0% of H. pylori strains. The high prevalence of resistance to antibiotics used in eradication therapy is becoming a problem which needs eradication therapy regimen use based on regional H. pylori resistance rates

Tularemia Outbreak among the Population of Khanty-Mansiisk and the Khanty-Mansiisk Region, Occurred in 2013

Natural tularemia foci in the territory of the Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District - Yugra are still active and sustainable ones despite of the extended periods of epidemiological welfare. Agent reservoir is the water vole. However, recently tularemia agent has been detected in the northern red-backed vole and common red-toothed shrew. Khanty-Mansiisk town, Berezovsky, Khanty-Mansiisk, Kondinsky, and Oktyabr’sky Regions are situated in the territory of the most active foci. Serious outbreaks of infection among the population occur with an interval up to 30 years. Their transmissibility preconditions the scale and intensiveness. All cohorts are under the risk of exposure, irrespective of the age and occupation, including the infants. The paper discusses tularemia outbreak impact on the population of Khanty-Mansiisk and the Khanty-Mansiisk Region in July-October, 2013. Casualty toll is 1005 cases. Given is a brief retrospective analysis of epidemiological situation on tularemia since 1930-s up to the onset of the outbreak under investigation. Described is the experience in management of the response activities

Serum cytokine signature that discriminates Helicobacter pylori positive and negative juvenile gastroduodenitis

© 2016 Khaiboullina, Abdulkhakov, Khalikova, Safina, Martynova, Davidyuk, Khuzin, Faizullina, Lombardi, Cherepnev and Rizvanov.Gastroduodenitis caused by H. pylori, often acquired in early childhood, is found in about 50% of the adult population. Although H. pylori infections can remain asymptomatic, its virulence factors usually trigger epithelial vacuolization and degeneration, loss of microvilli, disintegration of cytoplasm, and leukocyte accumulation. It is believed that leukocyte infiltration is driven by cytokines produced locally in infected tissue. However, so far little is known about changes in serum cytokines in juvenile patients infected with H. pylori. Serum cytokine profiles were analyzed in 62 juvenile patients diagnosed with gastroduodenitis using the Bio-Plex multiplex assay. H. pylori infection was confirmed in 32 patients, while 30 patients were H. pylori-free. Cytokines CXCL5 and CXCL6, potent neutrophil chemoattractants, were upregulated in all patients diagnosed with gastroduodenitis. Serum levels of IL8, a prototype neutrophil attractant, remained unchanged in subjects with gastroduodenitis relative to controls. Therefore, our data suggest that CXCL5 and CXCL6 play a role in directing neutrophil trafficking into inflamed gastroduodenal tissue. In addition, the CCL25/GM-CSF ratio differed significantly between H. pylori-positive and -negative juveniles. Further, study is needed to evaluate the role of CCL25 and GM-CSF in the pathogenesis of the different etiologies of gastroduodenitis
