    The existence of a foundation in the community to achieve various activities, aims and objectives in the social, religious and humanitarian fields has developed rapidly and has more diverse features. However, there are various interpretations of the substance of the Law on Foundations in society, which can lead to uncertainty and legal order. In this connection, a foundation is a legal entity consisting of separated assets of the founder. In addition, the source of the foundation's wealth can be obtained from other sources. Based on the Foundation Law, it is stated that the sources of the Foundation's assets can also be obtained from: donations or assistance that are not binding, waqf, grants, testament grants, and other acquisitions that do not conflict with the articles of association or the prevailing laws and regulations. Donations or non-binding assistances are defined as voluntary donations or assistance received by a foundation, whether from the State, the community or from other parties. This research was conducted to analyze problems arising from the position of the foundation's assets originating from state assistance and to find solutions to the problems that arise. The approach method used in this research is normative juridical which is descriptive-analytical in nature. Primary data is obtained using field research methods, while secondary data is obtained through library research. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the management of the foundation is still influenced by the bureaucratic structure when viewed from the composition of the personnel of coaches, administrators and supervisors consisting of former local government officials and the Ministry of Religion of Cirebon Regency

    Aktivitas Antibakteri Ekstrak Etanol Rumput Laut Israel (Asystasiagangetica L.) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bakteri Eschericia coli

    Rumput israel (Asystasia gangetica) atau sering disebut dengan tanaman Ara sungsang merupakan salah satu tanaman budidaya yang berpotensi sebagai antibakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak etanol rumput Israel dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak etanol rumput Israel pada berbagai konsentrasi. Metode : Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan etanol 70%. Pengujian aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode difusi cakram kertas. Aktivitas ini ditandai dengan terbentuknya zona bening pada area paper disc. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 4 perlakuan konsentrasi yaitu 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, dan kontrol negatif aquades dan kontrol positif amoksisilin. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil uji one way ANOVA menunjukkan adanya pengaruh aktivitas antibakteri terhadap Escherichia coli dengan nilai signifikansi (p0,05) dengan nilai F = 53.393. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan penggunaan berbagai konsentrasi ekstrak rumput Israel dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli. Penentuan diameter zona hambat sebelum perlakuan adalah 16mm dan sesudah perlakuan. Konsentrasi ekstrak lebih baik dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli yaitu konsentrasi 100% dengan diameter 20,4 m

    The Gnetum gnemon can be used as a medicine that has the function of anti-bacterial. The chemical content inside which is anti-bacterial is flavonoids and tannins. This study aims to find out the antibacterial from the ethanol extract of melinjo leaves can inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus mutans with a concentration of 300 mg/ml, 400 mg/ml, and 500 mg/ml. The test of anti-bacterial activity for the growth Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus mutans is done by using the disc diffusion method. The results showed that melinjo leaf contains an alkaloid, flavonoid, tannin, steroid and saponin compounds. The results of the simplicia powder characteristics obtained a total ash content of 7.495%, ash content insoluble in acid 0.785%, ethanol-soluble extract 4.324%, water-soluble extract 17.690%. The results of the antibacterial activity test of the ethanol extract of melinjo leaves obtained can inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus mutans namely at a concentration of 300 mg/ml, 400 mg/ml, and 500 mg/ml into the medium inhibition zone category. Ethanol extract of melinjo leaves has antibacterial activity against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus mutans with an average diameter of inhibition zone of 9.7 mm (medium category) against Staphylococcus aureus and 6.7 mm (medium category) against bacteria Streptococcus mutans

    Dragon fruit contain high antosianin, sources of antosianin can be optained from pink colored fruit and vegetables to red. The natural properties of antosianin can be used as natural dyes in cosmetic preparation were chosen because it is a cosmetic that is quite popular and most comfortable to use. The purpose of this research is to find out whether dragon fruit can be blush on, not irritated and to find out the best formulations. The methode of this research was done by making dragon fruit extract by maceration for 24 hours using etanol. The extract formulation used is 15%, 25%, and 40%. Ingridienst for making blush on include kaolin, parrafin liquid, zink oxyd, and talcum. Evaluation of blus on preparations include homogenty, pH, dispersion, irritation, polish and hedonic. The results of research 3 blush on formulation, the preparation met the homogenity test with no vissible coarse grains and particlesevently mixed. The pH of the preparation producted is still in the normal pH range of spearat evenly and easily attached to the skin, with each application three time polishing.     Bacterial infection is a major factor in causing acne. The causes of acne are many (multifactorial), including genetic, endocrine, dietary factors, the activity of the sebaceous glands themselves, psychological factors, mucin, infection by Propionibacterium acne, cosmetics, and other chemicals. Pare extract can be formulated as a gell pimple, which can inhibit the growth of propionibacterium acne. The samples in this study were gell preparations of the ethanol extract of bitter melon with a concentration of 5%, 7.5%, 10%. Based on the results obtained, the addition of the ethanol extract concentration of bitter melon fruit depends on the extract produced. The higher the concentration of gell preparations, the better it is to inhibit bacterial growth. The  results showing that pare fruit extract with a concetration of 5%, 7,5%, 10%, and as gell verile 0,025% get a variety of results. And a good resistance zone on the three concentrations that are most close to verile effectiveness is 10% concentration. In conclusion, bitter melon extract can be formulated as an acne medication that can inhibit the growth of the Propionibacterium acnes bacteria

    Garlic contains flavonoids, tannins, and saponins which act as antifungals. The purpose of this study was to formulate an ethanol extract of garlic (Allium sativum) ointment with various concentrations of 5%, 10%, 15% and to evaluate the ointment preparation with physical evaluation requirements. Testing the activity of the ointment preparation against the fungus Trichophyton mentagrophytes was carried out by the diffusion method. The results showed that garlic (Allium sativum) could be formulated as an antifungal ointment preparation and met the requirements of the ointment preparation evaluation test with the results of the organoleptic test of the white ointment base, the 5% formulation being pale yellow, the 10% formulation and 15% brownish yellow. The homogeneity test showed no lumps in the ointment preparation, the pH test was in accordance with the requirements, namely 4.5-6.5. The dispersion test was in accordance with the requirements, namely 5-7 cm, and the adhesive data test was in accordance with the requirements, which was more than 4 seconds. The results showed that garlic (Allium sativum) ethanol extract ointment could inhibit the fungus Trichophyton mentagrophytes where a concentration of 15% produced an inhibition zone of 10.4500 mm, and as a comparison, miconazole ointment produced an inhibition zone of 14.3833 mm

    Natural Gas is a vital component of the world's supply of energy. It is one of the deilfiest, safest, and most useful of all energy soutees. Undet normal production conditions, it saturated with water vapor. Water vapor increases natural gas corrosivity especially when acid gases are present. This report discusses the research done and basic understanding of the chosen topic, which is natural gas dehydration optimization. The objectives of this project are to do the comparison between different types of Natural Gas dehydration technology on the basis of efficiency and capacity and to do the simulation to optimize operating condition of gas dehydration technology. The current technologies used to dehydrating gas have some weaknesses in term of efficiency, capacity, cost effectiveness and are harmful to environment M for this study, gas dehydration using solid desiccant is being considered. It is a common technology used widely in the world especially in oil and gas industries. In order to optimize this technology, a simulation model base on the actual dehydration unit in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant is used. The optimization is base on manipulating temperature and pressure to see the effect to the adsorption capacity and later, from the manipUlated pressure, the hydrate fOrmation temperature can be predicted. From this, the optimum temperature and pressure of operating the dehydration unit can be known. Furthermore, a study of increasing the moisture removal by adding pre-dehydration unit is also discussed in this study
