Studi Kasus: Asuhan Keperawatan pada Klien Isolasi Sosial Pasca Pasung

Social isolation is characterized by decline or loss inability to interact with others. This paper aimed to analyze the nursing care of social isolation on Mr. P with schizophrenia paranoid. The nursing care process is based on the standard of generalist nursing care which provided for six days from May 7th throughout 12th 2018 on Mr. P aged 32 years male. Main nursing problem was social isolation. Nursing intervention was emphasized on client\u27s ability to establish mutual relationship and improve client\u27s communication skills gradually. Nursing interventions affected client positively as manifested gy decreased signs and symptoms of social isolation on the cognitive, affective, physiological and social aspects, but there had not been a decline in behavioral aspects. Client\u27s barriers in establishing relationship with nurses were internal factors in which clients had negative judgments about themselves, others and the environment and external factors where clients considered the nurse as a threatening stressor. Nursing care follow-up plans are expected to be maximized for individually, family, group and community

The Ability of the Sixth Semester Students of English Study Program Fkip-ur in Constructing Comparative and Superlative Degrees

This descriptive research was aimed at finding out the ability of the sixth semester students of English Study Program FKIP-UR in constructing comparative and superlative degrees. This research focuses on students\u27 ability in constructing comparative and superlative degrees based on the form, such as one-syllable adjectives, two-syllable adjectives, adjectives with three or more syllables, irregular adjectives, and adverb. The data were collected using a grammar test. The test contained 20items. The populationwas the sixth semester students of English Study Program FKIP UR in academic year 2016/2017 that consist of 89 students.The sample size was 31 students who are from Class B, chosen by using cluster sampling technique. The needed data were collected by giving grammar test that consist of tables containing data for the students to construct 2 sentences, comparative and superlative degrees in try out and real test.The try out was conducted to check the validity and reliability of the test. Based on the research, it was found out that first: the ability of the second yearstudents in constructing comparative and superlative degrees is in the good level with the mean score of 73.8

Analisis Keadaan USAha Budidaya Ikan Sistem Keramba Jaring Apung ( Kja) di Danau Toba ( Kasus Desa Untemungkur Kecamatan Muara Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara Provinsi Sumatera Utara)

This study was conducted on May 7 to 15, 2014, aims to determine how much investment and operational costs and problems faced by farmers in the cultivation of fish in floating net cages in the village Untemungkur. The method used in this research is to conduct interviews respondents were 9 people divided into Category I and Category II From the research that has been conducted in the village of Muara Untemungkur on farming in floating net cages in mind that a large total investment of fish farming in floating net cages for category I Rp.161.935.000, with operating expenses of Rp.81.641.568, / harvest. Net income is farming Rp38.358.432, / harvest. As for category II total investment fish farming in floating net cage aquaculture transform Rp.130.905.000 category II, namely, - the operating expenses of Rp.61.701.778, - / harvest. The advantages are achieved net farmers in this village is supported by the ability of farmers in the supplementary feeding

Analisis Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Burnout Pada Perawat Kesehatan Jiwa

Nurses are a group of health professionals who are at risk to experience burnout. Factors that are influenced the incident of burnout to nurses need to be investigated further because nurses' characteristics and work environment are different in every country. This study aimed to analyze relationship of age, gender, employee status, work load, family support, and leadership with burnout among nurses, as well as to analyze the most influencing variable. Cross Sectional study were conducted among 125 nurses in Atma Husada Hospital (RS AH) Samarinda. Questionnaires were used for data collection. The data were analyzed using Chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that 56% nurses at RS AH Samarinda experienced burnout, variables gender (p=0.000), employee status (p=0.034), work load (p=0.022), family support (p=0.000), and leaderships (p=0.000) are related to burnout, while ages is not related to burnout (p=0.426). Family support has the biggest influence towards the nurses' burnout (OR=17.87), followed by leaderships variable (OR= 14.92) and work load (OR= 2.36). Hospitals are suggested to improve the working system in order to reduce work load, increased family social support, and improve the effectiveness of leadership

The Effect of Jigsaw Technique on Reading Comprehension of Narrative Text of the Second Year Students of Mts.pp.syafa\u27aturrasul Teluk Kuantan

This pre-experimental research was aimed at to find out whether there is a significant effect of Jigsaw Technique on reading comprehension of narrative text of the second year students of MTs.PP.Syafa\u27aturrasul Teluk Kuantan. Thus, the problem to be discussed was: Is there any significant effect of Jigsaw Technique on reading comprehension of narrative text of the second year students of MTs.PP.Syafa\u27aturrasul Teluk Kuantan. The design of the research was one group pretest-posttest design. Cluster sampling technique was used to select one class to become the sample. 30 students of class VIII-C at the second semester of academic year 2016/2017 were chosen as the sample. The results of the data analysis showed that the mean score of post-test was higher than pre-test. The result also showed that the value of t-test was higher than t-table at the significance level 5%. It could be concluded that there was a significant effect of jigsaw technique on reading comprehension of narrative text of the second year students of MTs.PP.Syafa\u27aturrasul Teluk Kuantan
