The purpose of this research is effect plyometric training program for 30 days in basketball game at explosive strength and agility at basketball players. In this research have participated 20 basketball players from control group (CG n=10) and in experimental plyometric - group (PG n=10) of age 15 + / - 6 months. There are thirteen (13) variables, 3 from anthropometry and 10 motor testes from explosive strength, repeating strength (iterative), flexibility and agility (Bal, B. et al...2011, Asadi, A., etl...2012; Andrejić, O. et la...2012). Plyometric training program is realized according to model of authors Poomsalood, S. Pakulanon, S. (2015). Data processing methods are applied by SPSS version 21.0 which apply the basic statistical parameters and methods for finding significant statistical differences will be the T-test. We may conclude the effect of plyometric-training program for 30 days can be achieved in increasing of explosive strength and agility to basketball players

In order to examine the impact of anthropometrical characteristics and motor skills during the tests’ implementation of the jump forward and triple jump from place, the experimental research was carried out on a sample of 100 second year students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in Prishtine. For the purposes of this study were measured eight anthropometrical characteristics and ten tests for assessing motor skills, which made the predictor system of variables. To assess the explosive force of the type of jumpiness, applied were tests long jump forward and triple jump from place. Data was processed with the basic descriptive statistical parameters and regression analysis. Based on the results of this research and the discussion ,can be concluded that the applied system of predictor motor tests, have significant influence on the manifestation of the explosive force of students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in Prishtine, i.e., it is possible to predict (forecast) the results of tests for explosive power based on the predictor system of respondent

The research has been conducted on 89 entities – active basketball players aged from 15 to 18. The aim of the research is to establish the level of correlation between the conative pathological factors and specific basketball precision. According to the obtained data the conclusion is that there is significant interdependence of these two sides of anthropologic status with the treated basketball players

MEASURE CHARACTERISTICS OF MOTOR TESTS OF MOVEMENT FREQUENCY WITH STUDENT FROM MACEDONIA AND KOSOVO

Introduction: The tests of good measure characteristics are a multiple matter of interest. They can be property used in the work of selecting young athletes as well as programming the physical activities and giving marks in classes. There are many authors who have conducted researches and established measure characteristics of motor tests. Measure characteristics are constantly an actual issue for research. This research was conducted with the aim of establishing and comparing the measure characteristics of the used motor tests of movement frequencies with 11-year-old students from Macedonia and Kosovo. Methods: The sample of respondents consists of 180 male students at the age of 11 (100 from Macedonia and 80 from Kosovo). They were tested with three composite motor tests to assess the movement frequency. For the obtained data there calculated: basic descriptive parameters, Pearson coefficient of correlation, factor analyse, Cronbach α and Spearman-Brown’s coefficients (Vincent, 2005). Results: On the based of the received results, it is obvious that regarding the three tests satisfactory measure characteristics are established (validity and reliability). Discussion: In kinesiology, by using motor tests, we indirectly form a concept about the motor abilities of the respondents. That is why, it is of great importance to use tests that have satisfactory measure characteristics. The used tests are recommended for application in assessing motor abilities’ movement frequency. The final results correspond to a great extent with the researches of Metikos et al, (1989), Georgiev (1996, 2007), Pireva (2013) and other. References: Georgiev G (1996).
