    Text Mining Agent Using Hybrid Neural Networks

    With the development of internet services and Electronic Mail communication, number of  spam, advertise, or unwanted E-mails have been grown dramatically, tens of such annoying and time consuming E-mails arrives mail boxes every day and this issue becomes more critical with the availability of the internet services for children these days. The system proposed in this paper tries to solve this problem using intelligent software agent that checks each incoming and outgoing messages and blocks unwanted messages or replace the undesired words.     Design Expert System to Simulate Control System of Gas Generating Stations

    The use of computer technology to support technical decisions and training is now widespread and pervasive across a broad range of technical areas. Accordingly, computer-aided diagnosis has become an increasingly important area for intelligent computational systems. The objective of project research is to design an expert system able to  provide the way to simulate the technical crew training , technical crew evaluating, testing of station parts, fault diagnosing of gas turbine power plant which uses natural gas to help the technical  maintenance crew and others trainees to reduce the error of the technical crew as minimum as possible and significantly reduce the cost of the training technical crew ,and  in same time can be applied this proposed system in all generating stations which work in ministry of electricity and private sector stations. The proposed system contains two main modules first one is the System Information and the second model is Expert system. Those two models creates our system simulators. The Information System of proposed system contains the static information about different malfunctions of the gas turbine power plant field which is used for training crews by showing pictures and videos about affected part of the station and giving the correct action,  and containing exam question for evaluating technical crew level to give the correct decision about them such as an increase training period of the crew,  and containing testing procedure steps of the station parts with given correct action to start  up  the station or wait according  to test result ,and containing fault diagnosing of the station with advice and required solution, and containing information related to monitoring and remote control the station with given correct action using visual Basic 6.0, and can make the prediction and warning  according to environment information and received parameters from station compared with the standard level which is stored in system and giving the required advice to protect the system from damage .The second model of proposed system is Expert system of which performs the program, so this system represents a computer program design to simulate human ability to solve the problem, and it consists of knowledge base which contain all knowledge and information which are collected from experts (engineers) about specific problems in specific domain and inference machine to search for knowledge base to find the solution of the problem in this restricted domain, this research clearly also  describes  how the  neural computing system designed to support the technical decision process to save the station from damage and continuously prepare good technical crew and develop their capability . The most prominent feature of our proposed system is simplicity, flexibility and friendly user interface with high speed of the execution.     The targeted are search aims diagnose to the reality of some of the factors extension and processing related to the limited scope of the spread of the system of agriculture in greenhouses in the province of Najaf, and to achieve the objective of this research has been prepared a map of adopted aspects extension areas (regulations guide way, personnel deployment, extension activities, plan extension) and aspects of processing areas (processing plan, sources processing, automatic processing, lending), personal data collected against 20 people from organizations working in the agricultural province of Najaf, and a random sample of 125 respondents of protected vegetable growers in the province of Najaf, the results show that the Indicative activity in Najaf done by the government of institutions in the first place, the absence of regulation guiding a specialist on the subject of agriculture in greenhouses, the average number of agricultural extension of the workers in the areas of farming is a little bit, lack of extension activities carried out by the farmers on the subject of the farming system in greenhouses in the province Najaf, the extension activities took place in the absence of implementing the extension integrated plan and well thought out based on the needs of the farmers concerned, as demonstrated by the lack of an integrated processing plan that is coherent with the objectives and specific time and the target area

    The exponentiated -parent distribution is a generalization of the standard parent distribution. [7] introduced a simple generalization to weibull distribution namely the exponentiated weibull distribution. The new distribution was applied to analyzing bathtub failure rates lifetime data. In this paper, we consider the standard exponentiated inverted weibull distribution (EIW) that generalizes the standard inverted weibull distribution (IW), the new distribution has two shape parameters. The moments, median, survival function, hazard function, maximum likelihood estimators, least-squares estimators, fisher information matrix and asymptotic confidence intervals have been discussed. A real data set is analyzed and it is observed that the (EIW) distribution can provide a better fitting than (IW) distribution

    In this paper, we study a class of univariate skewed distributions, obtained by converting the symmetric inverted weibull distribution into a skew one.We discuss basic properties of skewed double inverted weibull distribution SDIW, the probability density function, cumulative distribution function, the moments, maximum entropy are derived. Maximum likelihood estimators and Fisher information matrix for the SDIW are provided. We have used two real failure time datasets and compared our work with the results reported from [15], the exponentiated exponential model was the best fitted model in the first dataset, and the SDIW is the better fit in the second datasets
