Heteropolyacids in synthesis of benzoyl hydrazone derivatives
Keggin type of heteropolyacids as green reusable and efficient catalyst was used in the synthesis of benzoyl hydrazones from reaction of benzoic acid hydrazide and aldehyde and ketone derivatives. The synthesis of N-acetyl and N-benzoyl derivatives has also been performed by the reaction of obtained benzoyl hydrazones with acylcholorides in presence of this kind of heteropolyacids
Rate redox-controlled green photosynthesis of gold nanoparticles using H3 + x PMo12 − x V x O40
A kinetic study of the esterification of lactic acid by ethanol in the presence of Preyssler acid an eco-friendly solid acid catalyst
Silica-supported Preyssler Nanoparticles as New Catalysts in the Synthesis of 4(3H)-Quinazolinones
A new and efficient method for the preparation of 4(3H)-quinazolinones from the condensation of anthranilic acid, orthoester and substituted anilines, in the presence of catalytic amounts of silica-supported Preyssler nanoparticles is reported. The catalyst performs very well in comparison with other catalysts reported before. An important advantage of this catalyst is the ease of separating it from the reaction mixture, as well as the fact that it could be recycled a number of times. Keywords: 4(3H)-Quinazolinones, recyclable catalyst, silica-supported Preyssler nanoparticles, heteropolyacid
