    Kebutuhan Transportasi Logistik pada Kawasan Industri Cilincing – Marunda di Jakarta

    Hal-hal yang diatur dalam manajemen kota mencakup empat hal besar, yaitu: transportasi, regenerasi,konservasi, dan pemeliharaan kota. Pengembangan kawasan industri, sebagai bagian kota perlu dikelola olehlembaga pengelola yang bekerja secara profesional. Sedangkan dengan kondisi transportasi logistik terutama untukmemenuhi kapasitas distribusi produksi yang dihasilkan dari kawasan industri di Jabodetabek masih memerlukanpengembangan mengingat angka perkembangan industri selama 4 (empat) tahun terakhir cukup signifikan baikdari harga maupun volume produksi migas dan non migas. Artinya pengelola harus dapat membiayai dirinyasendiri serta menghasilkan profit sebagai sebuah bisnis yang sehat. Sebagai upaya mewujudkan hal tersebut, perludilakukan berbagai langkah strategis agar pembangunan dan pengembangan kawasan mendapat dukungan darisemua pihak. Tahapan pertama dari penelitian ini adalah menidentifikasi risiko pada infrastruktur transportasilogistik di kawasan industri Jabodetabek, sebagaimana banyak negara telah menerapkan kerjasama pemerintahdan swasta di dalam penyediaan/ peningkatan kapasitas pelayanan infrastruktur publik, baik infrastruktur yangbernilai ekonomis seperti transportasi publik, transportasi logistik, air bersih, listrik, sewage, maupun infrastrukturyang bernilai sosial seperti sekolah, rumah sakit, lembaga pemasyarakatan, dan lain-lain. Selanjutnya tahapankedua dari penelitian ini adalah memperhitungkan akses transportasi logistik di kawasan industri yang menuju kesejumlah kawasan pelabuhan dan bandara di Jabodetabek yang sudah mengalami titik jenuh. Arus lalu lintaspelabuhan penting terutama di Jakarta sudah sulit ditangani. Keterkaitan antara tata guna lahan, transportasi, danlingkungan menjadi jantung dari pengelolaan perkembangan kawasan.     Effects of Contact History and Family Income on The Risk of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatera

    Background: Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the world’s deadliest communicable diseases. In 2016, 10.4 million people fell ill with TB, and 1.7 million died from the disease (including 0.4 million among people with HIV). Over 95% of TB deaths occur in low and middle-income countries. Seven countries account for 64% of the total, with India leading the count, followed by Indonesia, China, Philippines, Pakistan, Nigeria, and South Africa. Given that most deaths from TB are preventable, the death toll from the disease is still unacceptably high and efforts to combat it must be accelerated. This study aimed to determine the effects of con¬tact history and family income on the risk of pulmonary TB in Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatera. Subejcts and Method: This was a case control study conducted at several Puskesmas (Community Health Center) in Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatera. A total of 90 patients consisting of 45 TB cases and 45 controls were selected for this study. The dependent variable was pulmonary TB. The independent variables were contact history and family income. Pulmonary TB cases were determined by sputum acid fast tuberculosis (AFT) bacilli test. The other data were collected by questionnaire. The data were analyzed by a multiple logistic regression. Results: The risk of pulmonary TB increased with history of TB contact (OR= 4,01; 95% CI= 1.67 to 9.66; p= 0.002) and low family income (OR= 2.53; 95% CI= 1.07 to 5.9; p= 0.033). Conclusion: The risk of pulmonary TB increases with history of TB contact and low family income. Keywords: pulmonary tuberculosis, tuberculosis contact, family income

    Penggunaan Metode Demonstrasi untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Pembelajaran IPA di Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

    The purpose of this research is to solve the students\u27 problem in learning science subject on IV grade students in SD N 16 Gurung Urau, Nanga Mahap regency. The subject of this research is the teacher and the students. The method of this research is descriptive method with the form of research is Classroom Action Research and the characteristic of research is collaborative. The result of this research show the improvements of learning result on every cycle. Teacher ability in planning teaching learning proccess on the first cycle got score 81,5 improve to be 95,75 on the second cycle. Teacher ability on teaching proccess on the first cycle got score 77,75 improve to be 92,95 on the second stage. The average of students score on the first cycle was 55,95 or 71,42% students didn\u27t pass the standard score, while on the second cycle the students average score was 82,14 and can be concluded all of the students have pass the standard score on science subject, that is 70

    The problem in this research is an attempt to improve the learners' learning activities by using cooperative learning model on Mathematics Subject in class II of District Exemplary Elementary School of Pontianak City. This research method is descriptive, in a form of Classroom Action Research, and the nature of the research is collaborative research. The researchs subjects were teachers, and learners of Class II District Exemplary Elementary School of Pontianak City, amounting to 37 people. The technique used in this study was the technique of direct observation and data collection tool was used as the observation guidelines. The results based on observation of using cooperative learning in the mathematics learning of simple flat up to increase the learning activity of students. This shows that the hypothesis in the application of cooperative learning model on Mathematics Subject in class II of District Exemplary Elementary School of Pontianak City can improve learners' learning activities, accepted

    Skilled Writing Upgrades Indonesian Learning by Using Media Audio Visual on Students This study aims to improve students ability to write a narrative. This research uses descriptive method, a form of research that is classroom action research, collaboratively, kind study is qualitative, the subjects in this study were students and teachers. The observation of teaching writing narrative using the media audio visual at each cycle has increased based on performance indicators. This is shown on cohesion, as well as spelling and punctuation in the first cycle and second cycle. This suggests that learning Indonesian Language using the media audio visual can improve the skilled to write a narrative

    Perceptions of the Non-english Department Lecturers Towards Clil in Higher Education

    Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) is an approach to learning activity that uses foreign language as a medium for learning content so that the competence on the language and the subject area content can be achieved simultaneously. CLIL can be implemented in elementary level, secondary level, as well as tertiary or higher education level. In higher education, CLIL might have two significant reasons to be implemented: the globalized world and university Internationalization. So far in Indonesia, nearly all universities have not implemented CLIL yet. This study aims at finding out the lecturers' perceptions towards CLIL in higher education. The participants of the study were thirty-three lecturers from non-English departments of Universitas Muria Kudus. The intrument to collect the data was closed-ended questionnaire. The result reveals that the non-English department lecturers quite disagree for CLIL to be implemented in higher education. Their objection for having English as a medium of instruction seems to lie in their own ability of English as well as their students' poor English proficiency

The method used in this research is descriptive expected to increase the activity of students in the learning process so as to avoid saturation. This peneitian using action research as much as two cycles. The subjects were teachers and students of SDN 12 Temio Sio.
