Technique of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) involves methods conducted for desirable objective management of Decision Making Unit (DMU) that is same increasing of efficiency level. Data envelopment analysis furthermore determines the efficiency level, provides situation, removes inefficiency with evaluated benchmarking information. In this paper the use of the improvement Least-Distance measure with relation previous model by coplanar DMU, is proposed for computational dissipation at assess distance on these interior combinations, for determination the shortest projection from a considered unit to the strongly efficient production frontier. Therefore locate nearest path to improvement efficiency the evaluated DMU

Malmquist Productivity Index on Efficiency Layers

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), a popular linear programming technique is useful to rate comparatively operational effiency of decision Making Unit (DMU) based on the their deterministic inputoutput data. The Malmquist productivity index in DEA, calculable with the distance function, for measurement the productivity change among two variant time period or two variant group in the same time. This index is based on two factor of efficiency change index and a technological change index. In this paper, we operate on the collective Malmquist productivity index, which performs clustering operation DMUs with classification into different levels of efficient frontier, and then we discuss on the relation between Malmquist index on the efficiency layers and their attractiveness and progres

    Vague ranking of fuzzy numbers

Abstract In a lot of scientific models in the real world, we confront with comparing fuzzy numbers as decision-making procedures and etc. It will be interest, if we know that, comparison discuss is sometimes ambiguous. Hence, this article focus on ranking fuzzy numbers with protection ambiguity. Our idea for this work is based on this claim that ranking of two fuzzy numbers should be a vague value. However, we utilize the notion of max and min fuzzy simultaneously

The interval Malmquist productivity index in DEA

One of the most popular approaches to measuring productivity changes is based on using Malmquist productivity indexes. In this paper we propose a method for obtaining interval Malmquist productivity index (IMPI). The classical DEA models have been before used for measuring the Malmquist productivity index. The current article extends DEA models for measuring the interval Malmquist productivity index by utilize the bounded DEA models instead of classical DEA models
