EFEKTIFITAS PENYULUHAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT DI SDN 2 SUKA BUMI

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di sekolah merupakan sebuah perilaku yang dilakukan guru, murid dan masyarakat lingkungan sekolah. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar mampu mencegah penyakit, meningkatkan kesehatannya, serta berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan lingkungan yang sehat. Adapun manfaat PHBS yaitu guna meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat sehingga masyarakat mau dan mampu menjalankan hidup bersih dan sehat. Tujuan dilakukannya penyuluhan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan siswa agar mengetahui dan mampu mempraktikkan PHBS serta dapat berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan sekolah sehat pada pelajar kelas V di SDN 2 Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan ini yaitu dengan desain quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan  One group pre test dan post test. Setelah mengisi pre test dan post test hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan menurun dari 8,35% menjadi 8,13% untuk tingkat sikap terjadi kenaikan dari 30,96% menjadi 34,00% dan untuk tingkat perilaku terdapat kenaikan dari 17,47% menjadi 18,78% dengan total populasi 23 siswa/i kelas V. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penyuluhan ini yaitu hasil analisis t dependen tidak berdampak pada pengetahuan siswa/siswi. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan terdapatnya nilai rata-rata pre test sebesar 8,35 dan post test 8,13 pada uji t dependen

Exploring the Chemical Space of Kawakawa Leaf (<i>Piper excelsum</i>)

The chemical profiles of kawakawa (Piper excelsum) leaves were analysed through targeted and non-targeted LC-MS/MS. The phytochemical profile was obtained for both aqueous extracts representative of kawakawa tea and methanolic extracts. Sixty-four compounds were identified from eight leaf sources including phenylpropanoids, lignans, flavonoids, alkaloids and amides. Eight of these compounds were absolutely quantified. The chemical content varied significantly by leaf source, with two commercially available sources of dried kawakawa leaves being relatively high in phenylpropanoids and flavonoids compared with field-collected fresh samples that were richer in amides, alkaloids and lignans. The concentrations of pharmacologically active metabolites ingested from the traditional consumption of kawakawa leaf as an aqueous infusion, or from novel use as a seasoning, are well below documented toxicity thresholds

STRENGTHENING THE EXAMPLE OF R.A. KARTINI TOWARDS STUDENTS BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE DISSEMINATION OF GREAT WOMEN INSPIRATIONAL TALKS MATHLA'UL ANWAR. This community service activity aims to provide empowerment to Mathla'ul Anwar University students based on the results of the dissemination of the Mathla'ul Anwar Inspirational Talk activity for Great Women. This activity was held to coincide on April 21, 2021 with the target of students residing in the Mathla'ul Anwar University environment from various majors or study programs. The holding of the Mathla'ul Anwar Inspirational Talk event was a form of appreciation for the role and struggle of Raden Ajeng Kartini in advancing the nation, especially for women whose roles were still limited at that time. By raising the theme of strengthening R.A Kartini's exemplary attitude, it is hoped that R.A Kartini's exemplary attitudes and traits can be transmitted to Indonesian women, especially women in Mathla'ul Anwar University. Through his fighting spirit and attitude, the figure of R.A Kartini can be an inspiration and able to awaken the younger generation to join the spirit and become a creative person
