The Principles for Ijtihâd in Response to the Contemporary Problems

This article focuses on the qualifications a mujtahid should meet in responding to current problems in the modern era. The author argues that the quality of hadith is influential in legal deduction of taklîfî rulings which might fall under the category of: wâjib, sunnah, mubâh, harâm and makrûh. Mujtahid is also required to be able to understand consensus arguments (ijmâ‘) amongst scholars so that no mujtahid can exercise their legal deduction which contradicts with the existing consensus. It is also urgent that a mujtahid understand the position of the analogy both theoretically and practically and understand the differences between the methods of ijtihâd starting from the phase of revelation, the period of Companion of the Prophet to the time of the legal school of thoughts. On top of the above-mentioned conditions, a mujtahid would only be able to respond to contemporary issues when he or she has an adequate understanding of the maslahah or what is popularly known as public interest in Islamic legal discourse

Analisis Perbandingan Biaya Dan Pendapatan Pengguna Pupuk Organik Dan Anorganik Pada USAha Tani Padi Sawah Irigasi Di Desa Rambah Tengah Hilir Kecamatan Rambah Kabupeten Rokan Hulu

This study aims to determine the costs and farm income as well as the level of efficiency of inorganic and organic rice farming on irrigated fields in the village of Central Rambah Rambah Rokan Hilir District of Hulu. Determination of sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique in which respondents selected 20 farmers are organic rice and 20 rice farmers in the village of inorganic Middle Rambah Rambah Rokan Hilir District of Hulu. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the total cost per hectare and per kg of output per growing season issued an organic rice farm larger than inorganic rice farming, the value of organic rice farming RC ratio greater than inorganic rice farming. This suggests that organic rice farming is more profitable than rice farming inorganic. Suggestions put forward is organic rice farming are equally worth the effort, but the rice farming fertilizer users Organic rice farming more profitable than inorganic fertilizer users

Praktik Kompetensi Sosial Guru di Mts Al-amin Rajun Pasongsongan Sumenep

Pendidikan merupakan tanggung jawab bersama antara pemerintah, keluarga , dan masyarakat. Realitas pendidikan saat ini masih saja dihinggapi oleh berbagai persoalan. Semisal kompetensi sosial yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru, dimana hal ini terkadang tidak  diperhatikan, guru oleh kebanyakan orang hanya dianggap orang yang berilmu dan dapat mengaktualisasikan ilmunya sesuai bidangnya tanpa harus memperhatikan apakah guru tersebut memiliki kompetensi sosial yang baik. Dalam Kenyataan sering terjadi permasalahan-permasalahan dalam proses belajar mengajar yang kebanyakan hanya terletak pada tuntasnya materi yang disajikan, sedangkan dari segi pembinaan, memberi bimbingan, perhatian serta pengawasan terhadap siswa masih kurang sehingga kegiatan proses belajar mengajar tidak bejalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisis bentuk-bentuk praktik kompetensi sosial guru di MTs Al-Amin dan menganalisis peran ranah dan modal dalam membentuk habitus guru yang ada di MTs Al-Amin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, dengan menjabarkan setiap informasi yang didapatkan secara observasi, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan analisis dengan mengkategorisasikan data dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu berupa perkumpulan yang diadakan setiap bulan dengan bentuk hatmil Qur-an yang sifatnya kontinyu, dan juga perkumpulan yang bersifat insidental (sewaktu-waktu), bentuk kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk menjaga kesolidan para dewan guru. Modal yang dimiliki oleh guru dapat mendukung dalam  praktik kompetensi sosial mereka, dan menjadikan sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat sebagai ranah yang mereka gunakan untuk melatih kompetensinya. A Fully Unsupervised Texture Segmentation Algorithm

This paper presents a fully unsupervised texture segmentation algorithm by using a modified discrete wavelet frames decomposition and a mean shift algorithm. By fully unsupervised, we mean the algorithm does not require any knowledge of the type of texture present nor the number of textures in the image to be segmented. The basic idea of the proposed method is to use the modified discrete wavelet frames to extract useful information from the image. Then, starting from the lowest level, the mean shift algorithm is used together with the fuzzy c-means clustering to divide the data into an appropriate number of clusters. The data clustering process is then refined at every level by taking into account the data at that particular level. The final crispy segmentation is obtained at the root level. This approach is applied to segment a variety of composite texture images into homogeneous texture areas and very good segmentation results are reported
