    The training (induction and training) that the collaborators of the clinics of Villavicencio live is a practice that contributes to the organizational development but when not doing it could affect other processes, for thatreason with the objective of describing the factors that intervene in this practice, conducted a descriptive investigation to the IPS (Medical Centers) of the city, through the instrument Mp03 Induction and Training of the GYDO Group, applied to those in charge of human management, characterizing the practice considered of great importance as a strategy of organizational and personal improvement, These organizations have formalized training plans and consider training as a competitive advantage that allows them to offer a quality service.El entrenamiento (inducci贸n y capacitaci贸n) que viven los colaboradores de las cl铆颅nicas de Villavicencio es una pr谩ctica que aporta al desarrollo organizacional pero al no hacerse efectivamente podr铆颅a afectar otros procesos, por ello con el objetivo de describir los factores que intervienen en esta pr谩ctica, se realiz贸 una investigaci贸n descriptiva a las IPS (Centros M茅dicos) de la ciudad, a trav茅s del instrumento Mp03 Inducci贸n y Capacitaci贸n del Grupo GYDO, aplicado a los encargados de gesti贸n humana, caracterizando la pr谩ctica considerada de gran importancia como estrategia de mejora organizacional y personal, estas organizaciones cuentan con planes formalizados de entrenamiento y consideran las capacitaciones como una ventaja competitiva que les permite ofrecer un servicio de calidad.
