Adicional se estipulan aspectos relacionados con los Negocios Judiciales en los que se reactivaron los pleitos, contratos de peajes y herederos del señor Luis Carbonell, también se mencionan varias indicaciones sobre asuntos varios relacionados con ciertas ordenanzas y atribuciones al Personero encargado. Finalmente a modo de conclusión del informe presentado se menciona que a razón de los posibles cambios de la Constitución es imposible dar indicaciones adelantadas sobre las problemáticas identificadas en lo que concierne a las rentas de la provincia de Bogotá.
