A New Method in Systemic Autoimmune Diseases Diagnosis: Multiplex Test System and Method Performances

Aim: Autoimmune diseases are defined as diseases that develop immune response against self body antigens. In many autoimmune diseases, autoantibody determination is important in diagnosis and scanning of the autoimmune activity. Recent 70 years of time, test technologies concerning autoimmune determinations progressed through subjectively determined microscopic cell specimens to quantitative determination of specific proteins.
