    This study intends to develop a learning model of classroom action research (CAR) that can improve the ability of reasoning (logical and scientific) of the prospective teachers in one of the Islamic universities in Indonesia, in Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The approach used in this study was a Research and Development. The result of the experiement and its validation prove there is an increase in learning outcomes and the difference between the result of of the implementation of experimental model compared to that of the implementation of conventional learning model. The implementation still faces several problems such as: 1) Many lecturers of CAR courses do not fully understand the concept of CAR; 2) lecturers who are helped by assistants causes the discussion process is less comprehensive since the assistants lack of knowledge about the topic discuss; 3) Some lecturers rarely gave the report about the implementation observed; 4) students who attend a course CAR majority have never been taught and have not followed the Teaching Practice (PPL)

    In March 2020 the corona virus infected almost all countries in the world. The spread of this virus was declared a pandemic outbreak. New problems have arisen, ranging from economic, social to education problems. Simultaneously educational institutions are choosing online learning. This mini research aims to examine how to improve teacher competence during a pandemic, which is focused on the aspects of digitalization demands in the world of education. The review will focus on how the implementation of learning during the pandemic at Al-Ma'tuq Boarding School Sukabumi. The research method used in this research is qualitative research methods. The data collection technique is done through triangulation (combined), inductive / qualitative data analysis. Since the ministerial circular regarding learning during the pandemic was received, Al-Ma'tuq Boarding School immediately determined the strategy. Among them by hold training at the beginning of learning about technology, this proves that Al-Ma'tuq Boarding School continues to focus on developing competencies that teachers must have during this pandemic, including: (1) Competence in mastery of literacy and science and technology (2) Competence of classroom management skills (3) Communication and social competence. The existence of an online learning policy carried out by schools because of the covid outbreak, needs to be balanced with a deeper role for teachers. Teacher competence is demanded as a form of professionalism. However, it becomes a problem when the teacher lacks competence. So it is necessary to empower teachers by developing four main competencies that already exist to face today's online learning. With the development of competencies, it is expected to minimize existing problems, so that the learning process is better

    Humans are living currently in a global and multicultural era made easy with the advancement of Science and Technology, especially Digital Technology that affects lifestyles and human behavior in all aspects of life. Islamic education plays a strategic role in preparing good people who are always serving Allah and benefiting others, especially in preparing a righteous people whocan surf in complexity, chaos, and turbulences. In this study, the authors research how the opportunities and challenges of Islamic Education in the global and multicultural era in preparing a righteous people who can surf in the global and multicultural era. This research with a qualitative approach, use a type of Library Research with descriptive methods. The results of the research show that Islamic Education has strategic opportunities to contribute and give solutions, especially for millennials to increase their faith, by enhancing the understanding, appreciation and human experience in practicing Islam. With the hope of helping them to become Muslim who have a strong faith and devotion to Allah SWT and have a noble character in their personal lives, society, nation, and state in the global and multicultural era. The challenges of Islamic Education demanded to adjust to the progress of the 21st century learning trends and Muslim educators have the necessary skills for the 21st Century. Including Islamic educational institutions need to hold a variety of innovations and creations in the face of a time that is changing rapidly and full of uncertainty, to continue to exist and be able to provide excellent service for the peoples

    The purpose of this study is to find out about how to improve the quality of Islamic education through optimizing personnel management, and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of personnel management in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Plus Bandung City. The research that was carried out was included in qualitative descriptive research. The data collection method uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, improving the quality of education is a systematic effort in school management to achieve progress from one stage to a higher level to produce added value according to applicable norms/standards. Management of improving the quality of Islamic education in schools is a quality improvement method that is based on school education itself, applies a set of techniques, is based on the availability of quantitative and qualitative data, and empowers all school components to continuously increase the capacity and capacity of school organizations to meet the needs of participants. students and society.
